Gold’s Gym is a great place to train. Plenty of space and great equipment at a very reasonable monthly rate. Last weekend I competed in my very first Men’s Physique competition. The California State Championships where I placed 2nd in my class. I was also able to use my Gold’s Gym points to get $50.00 off of my hotel suite that stayed at for the competition. This Gym used to be awesome back in 2012-2014, now is full of retarded staff who don’t know anything about laws. Hope that changes and people can become GREAT AGAIN. About a week ago while visiting the United States from Canada, I happened to walk into the gym. The staff at the gym are very welcoming, and make you feel like you belong. The gym is very nice, clean, and has more than anyone could ever ask for. The location is also very nice. I would like to give a special thanks to Hiyanv. She was the one who got me started for the 2 weeks while I was in the country. I can without hesitation say that I will be coming back in the near future. Thank you Gold's Gym, please keep those merchandise coming, and please stock more mediums. Hiyanv, many thanks once again. Not only did Jay and Carlos scammed me into a membership that I told them I wasn't able to afford (I'm a grad student paying out of pocket), but David, the manager, neither responded to my email asking for help, nor did he even bother talking to me in person when I came in for an appointment that we had set up (he sent out a front desk clerk who has no power to help me out whatsoever). Very unprofessional. Virtually useless when it comes to helping out people. Go to the Gold's in Simi Valley for a better quality of service, use of time, space, and equipment. More...

Let me preface this review by saying I was a gym sales person and general manager for 11 years. The gym is beautiful and clean. The real stars are the staff. Tylor and Jay are great. Tylor reached out to me immediately after I opted into and online promo and Jay continued follow up promptly and via my preferred communication method. He was on time for our appointment and did everything to respect my time, understand my goals and provide me with the membership options I was looking for. They placed two charges on our American Express and we are not even Members! We have made multiple phone calls to the manager to get this resolved and they won't return our calls,. ..so now its out there. You illegally charged our credit card even though we elected not to sign up and won't resolve the issue. You also gave out a member card with my wife's info on it to a complete stranger,...what gives? #Fraud? More...
