I love their yoga, zumba and hiphop cardio classes. They have a free 3d scan for new customers which is cool. The staff here is very friendly. Overall I recommend this place

Cory at the front desk for the night shift was incredibly helpful and had great guest service, when I was not feeling well after my workout and had to take a seat, Cory brought water and checked on me to ensure I was okay.

Where do I start.... how about six months and 50 pounds ago I joined this gym!!! I love it. Love all the amenities and I love the emerged charged staff. I went to Golds Fit with the mindset that I wasn’t gonna purchase it but the energy level and the immediate strength and energy (.... let’s not forget soreness ) I felt afterwards was so alluring so I purchased it. Reading through some of the reviews and just daily interaction with the gym I have to say Nobody nor anything is perfect! Not even life. I would have rated it a 4 Star because of the price and the extra charge of adding GoldsFit but who can put a price on natural weight loss and health ♀️. I can’t so Thank You..... and oh it’s a holiday (Labor Day) and I’ll see ya in a few hours. Gotta love the #HoursOfOperations More...

I have been a member of Golds across several states for many years and I am so glad that I have found this location! Their weights and machines are aways accessible when i need them. Danielle has been very helpful and considerate of what I’ve needed. She had just been yelled at by another very irate member and was still able to compose herself enough to help me through all the stuff I needed. I’m sure she doesn’t get thanked much, but being in a customer service, I can appreciate her ability to reset so fast. More...

I LOVE this gym. My husband and I did Crossfit for many years and now that we have two small babies, this gym is perfect for us. The Kids Club is AMAZING - the staff loves our kids and their jobs so there's no "mom guilt" dropping them off. We are able to do cardio, weight training, yoga, cycling and can still do Oly lifting on their new lifting platform too. Yes, there are times when it is busy but most all gyms have busy times. All of the trainers and staff are awesome. Vicky, Jon and Sarah give such energy and positivity at Golds that their classes have truly been life-changing for me. So glad I found this gym. (P.S. - I'm writing this review as I relax post-workout in their sauna! Love!!) More...

Front desk are very courteous and nice!
If you are doing everything like bringing your key card and paying on time you should have not problem at all.
I feel like is a great atmosphere and Angel and Alisha class are everything to me these girl are awesome I have never had a problem with anything. Manager is awesome and courteous... keep up the good Work!

This is the best gym in okc and I have checked around.. This one has a variety of equipment for everyone and it is not broke down all newer equipment. I've been to a bunch of Gold's locations in the metro, and I like this one the best. It can be really crowded right after work around 4 - 6 pm, which is a downside. But I find that overall, this is a really good gym. I use the showers and lockers daily to get ready for my day at work, and find they are always clean. Equipment is normally pretty tidy, although people like to shuffle the weights around and not put them back. Like many gyms, I wish there were more classes available outside the normal 8 - 5 hours, but oh well. The staff is polite, but I don't normally talk to them. One time, I forgot my towel and didn't realize until I got out of the pool. They kindly lent me one for free. I've had no issues with my contract because I can read, so I know what I signed up for.
