Gold's is way better than Fike. Open 24 hours, equipment is in great shape, and the people that work there are super friendly. Most of my friends who are serious about exercise go here. Took me a year to come around to buying a membership and my only regret is waiting so long. More...

I joined Gold's Gym in 2009 after having back surgery. I was very nervous because I was a 25 year Jassercise nut and knew nothing about weights and machines, plus I thought a gym would be just a bunch of body builders. It was such a relief to find people of all ages, levels of fitness, and goals. Sure, there are people who do competition, but there are also ordinary folks who just want to get in shape, lose weight, etc. The entire staff is welcoming and helpful. All the clients are friendly, and I've made a lot of good "gym friends" there. The gym is very clean and there is never a wait for a machine because there is a LOT of equipment. They are constantly updating the facilities. My trainer, Diane Moreno, is fabulous! I would encourage anyone looking for a gym home to join Gold's Gym Clemson...you won't be disappointed! More...

I have been a member here for almost two years and I have never had a bad experience. Even when it is crowded there is enough equipment for everyone to share the space. The gym is always clean, the equipment well taken care of and the staff is excellent! Highly recommend joining! More...
