I have been going almost a year now , I have not been to a gym in years , I had to travel for work , wanting to of course workout , located the nearest Gold's gym , spent three days there , I won't say where , but there is no comparison , the equipment at Rock Hill very well maintained , great job to the staff at Rock Hill , for having a very nice gym

I can see since my last post that the management team and the Manager in particular is stepping up their game and speaking to customers. They are all much friendlier and greet clients coming and going. I also like the fact that they promote products and clothes they are selling. Also I was impressed with the manager helping find extra weights for the Body Pump class on Labor Day when we had a packed house. Keep up the good work! More...
