Place is awesome when there aren’t thirsty dudes trying to Mac on chicks the whole time or in their dude groups hanging out on one machine for like an hr. Besides that it’s a Gold’s gym.

I’ve been a member for over 14 years! Yep I was at the old building on Nova rd.
I enjoy the staff and the owners are awesome!
I especially want to say how The owners late wife Linda always made me feel comfortable back in my early days, now I see son an daughter and other family members who when they see me give me a nice smile and greeting it feels like home!
Gym is always clean and bright
Love the smoothie center!
I just wish I was retired so I had more time to attend the many classes that are offered!

I travel here once or twice a year to visit family in Ormond Beach. Golds Gym in Olney Maryland gives me a travel pass so there is no extra fee! This gym has everything I need for an outstanding workout. Plenty of old school equipment and the trainers seem knowledgeable and friendly. Cycle classes use older bikes but who really needs the latest tech when you are on vacation? Wi-Fi has worked every day. Come early as the parking lot fills up fast. More...

For us the gym is perfect for what we need/do, have been a member for about 10 years, generally happy, but there are times of frustration when trainers take over equipment or folks don't return equipment to to its place. I love this gym. Been going for 2 years now. I chose it in the beginning because it was the only gym that had the StairMaster - the machine where the stairs actually move (a must have for me). The Owner ia fantastic, the staff couldn't be any better and this is the cleanist gym I have ever been in. The sanitation stations are awesome. No more carrying around the squirt bottles, just grab the wipes you need, clean the machine after yourself and go on to the next one. Everyone is there to help you meet your goals. I love Gold's Gym. There's something for everyone to help them stay fit. My 88 year old mother never went to a gym in her life, but she tried Gold's Gym and loved it!
