I love this Gold’s Gym!! The classes are all amazing, with top notch instructors. I especially love Jasmine, Brooke, Lindsay, and Gerardo, but they are literally all amazing. The weight room is also great - lots of free weights and dumbbells with multiple areas for deadlift, benching, and squats. I am so glad I joined and I’d recommend it to anybody. The staff really makes you feel like family, and you can access it 24/7 which is great if you work unusual hours! Had to cancel my membership since we are moving, I’m going to miss it so much!! I am part of an Emergency Response Team from Alabama which consists of 20 nurses and 2 Logistics Coordinators that have been deployed to North Carolina to assist in medical needs shelters. .. When our team leader reached out to Randie, she immediately opened the doors for our team to come and take a shower. It says a lot about their compassion to help others. It has been awesome teaching here! Awesome gym, clean and modern, been a member for 5 years now , wife will need foot surgery this year and dreaded having to go through all the hoops I've heard of trying to temporarily cancel her membership but Sandee Mizzelle at the main office made it so easy and smooth not even a doctors note needed.
