It’s a fabulous gym for all! Whatever you want to do to achieve your fitness goals you can find it here. There are peak and non-peak hours. Peak hours can be overwhelming for some but like any place, you have a problem say something. This Gym is amazing!!! By far the best I’ve ever been to the different variety of machines, equipment, staff, and what I Love most is the space you have to workout even with a packed house you still have enough room to get in a great workout!!!

I love Golds Gym.. Been a member since 2013 and I have never thought about going anywhere else. If a piece of equipment is broken they fix it right away. . if the gym is crowded the other gym goers don't mind sharing.. Everyone is friendly..it is 24 hrs so I mainly go early in the am and I am able to use any piece of equipment I want without waiting..4 stars only because nothing and no one is perfect and there is always room for improvement More...

I have been Going to this Gym for about 4 months now, and it was the best decision I ever made. I live in Laurel and I get up at 4am every morning to drive all the way there. The trainer I have there is Ray, and he has TOATLY exceed my expectation on my body Image goals. The gym equipment is top notch, and modern. This gym to me is a gym that if your serious about getting in shape and changing your lifestyle, and not worry about a pool, whirlpools, candy at front desk, pizza day or high pressure sales people, this is place to go. Great and helpful Staff. Also a shout out to my Man Big Steve Gm. He keeps that place running right. Also there many top notch trainers there. I'm just Bias to mines. Lol! I don't like other Planets.... And I'm not Driving to L.A. I found the Gold I was looking for. More...

I love the variety of machines Gold's offers. My workouts are never boring. My only issue is that it's always crowded by the "already in shape" people lol. .All the muscle heads take up the equipment. I just joined when they had their special in December, I am hooked, Classes are in fire, equipment is modern, it’s a little crowded but that’s because it’s such a good gym nobody leaves, I love it
