Omg!!!! So I have had cakes and pastries made with allergies in mind before and have never loved them. They always tasted bland and grainy. But let me tell you…we had a layer cake and cupcakes made for a party that needed to be soy free and tree nut free. They were amazing!!!! Like top notch!! I had called to order sugar cookies with only 3 day notice & was very disappointed in the quality of cookie. They were not decorated like we had discussed & I voiced that when picking them up, with no apology, but figured they would be delicious. When setting them out at the party, several family members commented how awful dry & flavorless they were & couldn't eat them. I removed them from the table & threw 22 cookies in the trash because the taste & texture was awful & no one would eat them. Very disappointed in my $72 investment in 2 doz cookies🤢 More...

I love goldenrod not just because of the amazing pastries but because how open,inviting,friendly the staff are! The decor is super cute and i love that even before i walk in i know i wont be judged for loving the person i love! I went in today and got my spouse a treat for his birthday and the employee helping me was super nice and even let me pick out the pastry i wanted with a certain colored flower on it! Was beyond disappointed with this place. Saw the strawberry champagne cake on Instagram and went to purchase along with a few items. Brought it home and was literally the driest cake I’ve ever had.
