I also had a 10 a.m. Appointment to do a Wheel Alignment , Steering, and Suspension Service to be done on my mom's 1998 Honda Accord Sedan Car this morning. As far as I know this Is the (First Time) I had this type of service done on my mom's Honda Accord Sedan Car.I put on my (Face Mask) in my mom's Honda Accord Sedan Car and then I locked my car door then I walked to this Golden Wrench Automotive Shop and entered the front door entrance. I was greeted by Kari who is Jason's wife. Kari was very friendly to me. Kari typed up the Estimate for the (Wheel Alignment, Steering, and Suspension Service) document then she printed off one copy for me. Kari said that normally the Price on the Wheel Alignment is $90.00 but Mike Allenstein the owner said he will give me a In House Discount today just like yesterday and he will give me $30.00 off this Original Price of $90.00 so I will receive this Discounted Price at $60.00. Wow! I was very Happy that I received a great Discount today from Mike Allenstein the owner. I thanked Mike for giving me a great Discounted Price.I am still trying to make the adjustment from my former Shop at S & R Service Center to this Golden Wrench Automotive Shop. It's been about almost (2 months) since I left my former Shop Owner Niko Bosi. But Mike Allenstein the owner giving me a great Discount on this Wheel Alignment is making my transition much easier for me to deal with.Then Kari told me it will take about (one hour) to do the Wheel Alignment, Steering, and Suspension Service on my mom's 1998 Honda Accord Sedan Car.  I told Kari that I will walk across the street to the La Michoacana Ice Cream Shop in a few minutes and then Kari said she will call me and also send me a text message when my mom's car is ready to be picked up. I said Thank You Kari.I did walk across the street to go to the La Michoacana Ice Cream Shop at 10:15 a. m. Then I ordered a Aqua Fresca drink and one Acai Bowl the flavor was the Super Fruit flavor. Both of these orders was very delicious!Then Kari called me (one hour later) at 11:15 a. m. and Kari sent me a text message and told me my mom's Honda Accord Sedan Car is ready to be picked up now.I was still eating my Acai Bowl and I told Kari I will be back at their Shop very soon.After I finished eating my Acai Bowl the Super Fruit flavor and I drank my Aqua Fresca drink, I walked back across the street on North Emerald Drive and then I walked toward the Golden Wrench Automotive Shop.I put my (Face Mask) back on and then I walked into the front door. Kari was there to accept my payment on the $60.00 bill. I paid Kari the $60.00 in Cash today this was the Discounted Price I received. Kari also gave me a Print Out on the Wheel Alignment, Steering, and Suspension Service that was done on my mom's 1998 Honda Accord Sedan Car. I received (excellent customer service) from Kari today.Mike told me the only thing both of my Cars need in the future are to do an Oil Change Service but to wait until the Mileage reaches 5,000 miles not the typical 3,000 mileage level that some Mechanics want their customers to get their cars into their Shop so these Shops can make a Profit from it.  Mike Allenstein is a very Honest person. I am a very new customer at this Golden Wrench Automotive Shop. I got both of my cars checked for a Free Oil Leak Inspection that was done on my 1995 Honda Civic DX Coupe Car and on my mom’s 1998 Honda Accord Sedan Car a Free Oil Leak Inspection was also done on this car on December 17, 18 and on December 31, 2020. Mike Allenstein the owner was very Honest in explaining to me that both cars have an Oil Leak but Mike A. the owner referred me out to a Transmission Shop since Mike doesn’t repair oil leaks at his Shop. Mike Allenstein the owner gave me excellent customer service and Jason is also very honest with me in giving me information about their Smog Check Test. Mike also told me his Shop really cares about all of their customers and it’s not all about the profit with Mike Allenstein the owner. I was treated very good by Mike A. he was Honest, Kind, Caring to my questions, and he didn’t try to sell me extra services on both of my cars. I was coming from another Shop that is located near by this Golden Wrench Automotive Shop. This is a Shop that I feel I can have a long term relationship with due to Mike Allenstein the owner showed me appreciation from me giving him business. More...

Discount Tire recommended this place to get tire alignment. Overall, I am very pleased with the price and service. They also have a lot of other services such as maintenance checks, etc. Free and fast wifi too! They wiped my car down after the service, masks, and gloves are worn.
