I was inspired to create a family business that will grow over time and provide a legacy for my sons that can be passed down for generations to come.

We are a boutique cleaning business that incorporates traditional maid services, attention to detail and excellent customer service that is provided to each of our clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our staff observes COVID-19 restrictions and precautions by providing the following:
-Maintain 6 feet of distance from customers
-Wear protective gear including gloves and masks during our visit
-Disinfect and sanitize all surfaces touched during our visit.
REGULAR CLEANING SERVICES
Our hourly rate is $50 per hour/ per person for our regular cleaning services, and we require a minimum 2-hour booking per regular cleaning visit.
We accept all credit cards, and of course we accept cash or payments via Cash App.

***A 25% deposit for all scheduled visits is required and due when service appointment is scheduled. After your deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation email that your deposit has been received and a reminder of your scheduled appointment.
Our staff provides cleaning supplies and equipment. You will never be billed for supplies.
**PLEASE NOTE: You will not be billed for travel up to 25 miles from the greater Cleveland area.
Any travel over 25 miles outside of the greater Cleveland area will require a $50 service charge is added to the total amount.
Golden Pear Maids do not move, haul or remove large appliances and furniture.

DEEP CLEANING SERVICES
We offer 24-hour Service Guarantee on all cleaning services and equipment and supplies are provided by our team. There are no long term contracts.
Our deep cleaning services are billed at a flat rate of $375 ($25 savings off our regular cleaning hourly rate) per 4-hour cleaning visit. A team of (2) two maids are dispatched to each visit, unless otherwise requested.

Decluttering Service
Decluttering services are billed $40 per hour/ per person. Decluttering services DO NOT include cleaning, however cleaning services are available at our regular hourly rates and prices.
Unless otherwise requested, a team of two (2) maids will be dispatched to your home or office per cleaning visit for all services. Prices do not include “extra” or “Add- on service” fees.
