Very pleased! This was our two year old pug’s first time. Start to finish Golden Paws staff were very friendly and courteous to us through the booking process. When we brought him for his visit staff was exceptional and the facility was impressive. I had no reservations leaving our Marley in their care! It looks like a great place for my puppies to be while we are on vacation. I am still in the “tryout phase” but the evaluation today went very well. I got a detailed report on how they were doing during playtime and how they behaved at interacting with other caretakers as well as how they were during downtime in their room. So far, so good! Took my sweet little bunny there for a long weekend while I was away for my mother's wedding. It was the first time I've had anyone but family/friends care for her and from the very first phone call with the Golden Paws staff, I felt completely at ease about leaving her there. They were very thorough in taking down all of info about her care, schedule & feeding, she was cuddled, I got pictures, she was totally happy when I picked her up! WHEW! Our dogs stayed one week at Golden Paws. Both are home, happy, and content. As both dogs are older (11 & 15) and require daily medication, it was great to find a local place that would take great care of them.
