Clients choose me because I am trauma informed (truly- with my own in depth experience- Not just one class). Clients also choose me because I give space for them to express their true selves and grow their strengths in a safe and support way! They also love that I see all pieces, the parts that Counselors overlook including diet, lifestyle, environment and how their strengths can be used daily!

Both. I have Zoom access and energy work can be done virtually with the same intent and outcomes!
Body Scan 60 Min
Fully Clothed Reiki/ Energy Work Session including energy assessment, skills or recommendations. During session I may use Essential oils, Crystals, vibrational tools and movement/breathwork to support release of tension both physical, mental/emotional and energetically. 45 Minute Energy work and 15 to 20 Minutes of reflections and assessments.
Building Resilience Coaching Program
5 Month Support that includes (1) 90 Minute Initial Session, (6) 60 Minute Coaching Sessions, (3) Reiki Sessions, (3) 70 Minute Body Massage Sessions and Full access to library of resources and 1 event per month.
Goals are decided upon in Initial session.
