I met with a ton of contractors but Sebastian was the best at understanding what we need and didn't try to over sell us on things we weren't quite sure of. I really respect his honesty and detailed explanation of how the entire project would unfold, he was very thorough in that regard. We found Golden Age Builders through close friends of ours who raved about how amazing they were. We were skeptical as we haven't had the best luck with contractors in the past, but they were incredible from start to finish! We had extensive damage from rain and a leaking roof to our garage conversion. Tomas and Danielle reassured us and walked us through various design options with great patience. With their extensive knowledge and experience, they created a wonderful solution to remediate the problems and create an incredible new useful space. Danielle's knowledge of sourcing items within our budget and handling most of our purchases was such a relief; she knew what we needed even before we did and always had several options for us to choose from! It was truly a pleasure to work with the entire Golden Age Builders team as their execution, constant engagement, timely updates and willingness to respond to all our questions are all part of the amazing high service levels they strive to maintain. They made us feel like we were 'family' and did everything they could to keep to all our budget constraints. She is incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of construction. There is nothing that she doesn't know!! Over 20 years , Golden Age Builders is based out of Hollywood, CA. The company specialize in Modernizing and improving Homes, Businesses and Lives. We grow organically and gained our experience by working on smaller scale jobs and slowly moved up the latter to be a professional multi-trade company able to handle full remodels, additions and even new construction custom homes.
