I met Allison for the first time over the phone. At this point my now husband and I had interviewed a several other photographers and companies for our wedding day pictures and couldn’t find the right fit. Both my husband and I were shy about taking pictures and wanted someone who could capture us as we were without having the stress of knowing that we were being photographed. We also wanted someone who took incredible pictures that we could cherish for ages. Yes, we were truly asking for a lot. I had been following Gold Sun Studios Photography on Facebook for over a year and already knew that the pictures were beautiful. My first conversation with Allison really peaked my interest because it had been so different than other vendor meetings. Allison was so friendly and genuinely cared about what my husband, and I wanted out of our experience with her and her husband Mark (the second shooter) She never tried to push his views or styles on us and took the time to understand us as a couple and what we liked as well what our reservations were. Even before we booked with Gold Sun Studios Photography Allison offered us so much invaluable wedding planning advice. One important characteristic that I especially liked was that she was so timely in returning calls, texts, and emails.Our wedding day went great. Allison and Mark worked so well together. It was obvious how much in love the two of them were. They were both patient, kind, and funny which really calmed us and made it so comfortable to work with both of them. They have a vision for capturing certain moments. A one of a kind which left us with so many breathtaking pictures! When it was time for our alone couple photos, Allison very sweetly posed us. She gave excellent directions and instructions and Mark did the shooting at that time. With the two working on a team it seemed to fly by. Although looking at all the photos they delivered it must of taken a while because we had so many great ones. For our wedding day, the Gold Sun Studio Team were timely, worked great with the bridal party, family, and guests. They had asked and were aware of all the moments we wanted captured and followed our wedding schedule exactly. Mark and Allison's promptness actually helped to keep us in check as well! Within a day we had already received one of our favorite pictures of the day and promptly received all of pictures in the time that was promised. We have received nothing but positive feedback from all of our guests about our photographers and the pictures. I’ve already recommended Gold Sun Studios Photography to countless people and I don’t easily give out such praise.Allison and Mark provided us with incredible pictures full of life, that tell stories of our most special day, they captured the happy moments, ceremonial moments and the wild and fun moments as well. So Happy ! -is the way I feel about GOLD SUN STUDIOS PHOTOGRAPHY !! We met with Allison & Mark for our first consultation to see if they were a right for us, to capture our big day. They were all smiles and so approachable. We knew after talking with Allison and Mark that they were the ones to tell our love story. Allison was like a big sister to my girlfriend. She was funny and talkative and eager to hear about our wedding plans. Not once did they say "would you like to hire us" Or push for the business. I was so impressed with how they talked about a typical wedding day. Their experience was so helpful, it made me know I was dealing with pros. We hired them to do a 6 hour day and then we scheduled our free engagement session with them. We decided to do a downtown session for our engagement and Mark and Allison were a wonderful team. Allison posed us in several different ways. She would demonstrate how to stand and smile and say now you try. I needed the coaching and she was an expert. I love how it all turned out. We used the photos for our save the dates cards -which btw we ordered right off their website. Our wedding is in 2020. We can not wait...we are so excited and we have been in touch with Allison a few times. She reaches out to us often just to let you know she is thinking about you --and she is excited for our wedding as well. We feel like we struck GOLD (lol) when we found Gold Sun Studios Photography. "I booked Gold Sun Studios Photographers for my wedding and it was a great decision! The photographers: Mark and Allison Stephens were so professional, fun and made the day even better! Having two shooters was such a blessing. They were always at different sides of the room and shooting from two different perspectives. We are so overjoyed with the photos. They captured all the special moments of our big day and even moments I did not see for myself-but got to enjoy in my photo gallery. When it came to the "posed" formal shots, Mark and Allison are a dynamite TEAM. Allison has tons of poses that she sets you up with. She is a PRO and you don't even have to think. Just follow her direction and laugh and smile. She laughs and smiles with you too. Mark shoots away while Allison gives instructions. They give great polite advice and we love the photos so much. They truly have a vision for Wedding Photography. We received so many photos and they were all edited and breathtakingly beautiful. We ordered a huge Canvas off their website and all our prints from them too. We had the pleasure of hiring Gold Sun Studios for Photography. They did an amazing beach photo shoot for our family on Sand Key Beach in Clearwater. Mark and Allison were so great at posing us and offering suggestions. They delivered the proofs to us the next day through email. Wow, there were so many. They really go above and beyond to provide a lot of choices. We picked our 15 that came with their package and we added a few more because it was just so worth it to get more at their very great price. We figured it may be a few years before we get an opportunity to have everyone together and on such a beautiful beach again. The final photos were spectacular. We went ahead and ordered prints from Gold Sun Studios too. They are on the wall in our home and we love looking at them every single day. When searching for a photographer online. We came across Gold Sun Studios. Allison and Mark were very professional. They did an a amazing job taking our families photos. They also took some extra pictures of our daughter for her Senior Pictures. If Gold Sun Studios were closer to Montana we would hire them to do the rest of our daughters senior pictures. The pictures all looked wonderful. We received the proofs within a day or two. They did a great job editing the photos. I would definitely recommend Gold Sun Studios. Allison and Mark planned to shoot our wedding (in Austin) before they decided to move to Florida - so they flew back out to do it! They were incredibly patient with a very scatter brained couple (us) and they did an incredible job. We ended up with thousands of pictures, and hundreds of favorites - for hundreds of dollars less than other photographers we talked to. Allison and Mark with Gold Sun Studios are the best! I have used Gold Sun Studios on multiple occasions. I used them for head shots, family portraits, and portraits of my dog. I always get so many great shots to choose from and I love how easy it was to download my favorite pictures. We love Allison and her husband, Mark! I found Gold Sun Studios through a search when looking for a wedding photographer who wouldn't eat up our entire wedding budget. Allison was friendly and open to our ideas and flexible with any changes. Prior to the wedding, Allison took our official engagement photos and photos for our Christmas card. We love the quality and the number of pictures she took both times. Both locations were outdoors and we had so much fun finding different areas to choose. Our wedding itself was outstanding! The sheer number of pictures they took was amazing. Guests loved the photo op staging area and my husband and I loved all of the pictures. We have already framed several different shots and plan on giving some as Christmas gifts this year. I can only hope to use Allison again in the future - maybe for baby pictures! More...

You cannot go wrong with this company for your photography needs! We have used Gold Sun Studios on several occasions. We had a beautiful family portrait taken of myself, my boyfriend, and our two dogs, and we use this image on the website of our family-run business. We get comments all the time about how great it looks that our dogs are sitting with us and looking relaxed and natural. This was all thanks to Allison’s patience in working with us and our crazy dogs until we were able to calm them down and get the perfect shot. She even learned their names so she could call their name while snapping the shots so they would look toward the camera. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. We also used them for our Christmas cards last year and we were so happy with how the pictures turned out. Allison brought adorable Christmas themed props and we were able to successfully take some of the pictures that resembles cute poses I had emailed Allison of Christmas cards I found on Pinterest. Great photography and really went above and beyond. I had a listing with black floors (very hard to photograph well) and it was a day before Christmas, Mark and Allison were prompt and had the pictures delivered on time.

Absolutely an amazing husband and wife team! I had an amazing time on Sunday doing my bridal shoot. They had me laughing the whole time which made it so much easier to take photos.
