This Service Includes:
2-Face to face or Virtual meetings depending on event service booked.
1-meeting to create the timeline and go over the set-up details.
1-meeting for a walk-through at the site(s) to finalize with client and on-site manager to discuss the event flow and set-up.
1-meeting to gather the items to be taken to event or reception (menu cards, gift bags, ceremony items & more)
1-meetings are left for design and vendor meetings as requested by the client.
Full Coordination of event (including rehearsal, ceremony & reception for weddings. Management of event start to finish.
Management with the set up of décor
Ensure all gifts, leftover food, cake top, extra programs, etc. are turned over to the designated person at the end of the night.
