I used her for weight loss, the last thing I wanted was some skinny girl with high energy. Turns out that’s what I needed!
She pushes you to set realistic goals but she also sees your potential and will really try hard to pull it out of you! She lets you set the pace but knows you have what it takes.
I love her saying “you just tapped into your badAssery vein, how did that feel”?!
She loves lists and visuals so be prepared to so that but I loved it, I needed to see the steps so I had something to cross off as I went. You won’t be sorry you chose Goen The Distance!

One on One Coaching
We will set times to check in, set goals, talk about steps to reach those goals, check in on how the process is going once said goals are made. You will have my undivided attention during our one on one session. We will be working with lists and visuals so that we can measure your progress! Most importantly you are allowed to have fun, be yourself and enjoy this process even when it gets tough!
Weight Loss
The hard part is over once you reach out to say you need help with weight loss.
9/10 times weight loss is as easy as setting goals, taking the steps forward by recording, taking pictures, preparing ahead of time for the end result.
🙅♀️However 9/10 that’s easier said than done. I know that and you know that! So we will start with a very simple plan, we will do it together, all you have to do is show up, do the work, and trust the process!
I lost 40 pounds by doing this 👆 and it turns out once you choose to flip the process by not eating the same junk, drinking too much wine and actually going for walks instead of watching Netflix you will see opposite results of gaining weight!
