Go Ride are fantastic! I am out of town for a bit and wanted my family to fly out to me for the weekend. I booked Go Ride to provide car service to and from my home, to the airport, for my family of 4. They called me to ensure all details were correct. They kept in contact with my wife for the pick up and return flights. My wife said the cars were clean, smelled good and the drivers were cordial and friendly without making too much conversation.  They also have one of the best car service apps I have ever used. Twice now, they have added a charge less than a week before I was to use their service. It is not part of the original quote. Now, I have to scramble to find another ride because it's an astronomical price compared to the other services I had requested quotes from.  I hope they can accommodate me because I will be stuck in a bind. I did my research to find out which company was highly rated. While some companies got great reviews, I got OUTSTANDING service from Go Ride. They returned my emails and calls immediately. They were willing to pick up my son from Chinatown to LAX at 4:15am during Thanksgiving. They also were available for the return ride from LAX to Chinatown on a very busy travel day. The drivers were on time (important!), the cars were spotless and comfortable, and the drivers completely solicitous and drove safely. My flight was delayed two hours and so I did not land back home at LAX until after midnight. Not only were the staff highly responsive and flexible, but they also assured me that my driver would be waiting for me no matter what time I arrived. This helped my anxiety (I have a fear of flying) and put me at ease, knowing that I would not have to worry about finding a ride home to Long Beach - especially so late in the evening and by myself! My diver, Ozzie could not have been more professional, kind, and excellent with his driving skills! I felt safe and secure - and you cannot BEAT the price! I am not a wealthy person but I chose a car service over UBER from LAX to home because I knew it would be easier. The cost was fair and the entire process from texting updates (regarding my flight and the delays) to arrival was seamless. Highly recommend. This service is amazing. They have an easy to use app that allows you to check your ride status at will and pay/tip in advance if you want. Just want to compliment Go Ride and Mr. Romero on their wonderful service....excellent, courteous drivers; clean van; and punctual, reliable transportation to and from airport. A van promptly picked up our party of 7 for LAX transport & was there to meet us at curbside---right after we retrieved our luggage. Compared to other price quotes I received, the cost was reasonable. It may not have been a Mercedes Benz van, but it was clean, comfortable & had ample room for our luggage. Go Ride will be our "go to" company from this point on! More...

Using GoRide was a really easy and affordable way to get a pick up from the terminal curbside at LAX.  Communication with GoRide was excellent.  I called the 800 number after making my reservation online and was told exactly how to get in touch with the driver.  When I landed at LAX I had a text from the driver.  The communication with the driver while we were retrieving our checked luggage was terrific.  Curb side pickup was very efficient.  I'll use GoRide again.
