Go Platinum Transportation Llc

I used Go Platinum to transport wedding guests from Ft. Myers to Marco Island for a day at the beach and rehearsal dinner.  The service was excellent.  I received emails (I was not on the bus) updating me on the time of arrival at the pick-up location and when the trip was complete both going to Marco Island and returning to Ft. Myers.  The driver was early and patient as we waited for missing people.  Richard Williams was our friendly driver and we were provided with his cell phone number should any issues arise.  The price was reasonable for our needs.  I would highly recommend this company for your transportation needs. Overall, we had a good experience with Go Platinum. However, during the process of getting transportation set up for our guests, we had some issues. Our first quote was way out of our price range, and for transportation that was bigger than what we needed. When we asked for the next step down, we were told it was an SUV and they only had one (going from a 24 person vehicle to a 7 person vehicle...). Based on their website, it seemed as though there were two options in between the original quote/vehicle and the SUV. It was not until I called and spoke with Brandy that we were able to get what we needed/wanted and in our price range, Brandy confirming that there were two other options. Brandy explained that while her name was on the emails, she was not actually the one sending them out. We were able to get things set up, and everyone arrived on time and in the right place. Definitely call GO Platinum transportation. They worked with me on a timeline for transportation for the day of the wedding and came up with several different options to work with me on cost. Brandi was the associate I worked with - she was very friendly and professional. A please to work with after contacting several others that were just not customer service pros.
