We went on a Monday afternoon and it wasn’t very busy. It was clean and our boys had fun. The experience was amplified, though, by the ladies working the place! Needs maintenance. 7D Dark Ride seats 8 but only 2 guns work. My son loves this game but I’d advise you to go to another location other than Go N Bananas to play it. They did give me a refund for 1 ticket since the 3 of us couldn’t ride together. More...

Went there today 01/22/22..spent alot of money between getting in the place, arcade and food. Knowing the place closed at 800pm we gathered our belongings and went to stand in line to redeem our tickets at 730. As we were waiting in a very long line they had 1 girl working and as soon as it turned 800pm another girl came up and said “we’re closed, your tickets and money on your arcade cards don’t expire”. So at this time we have now waited in line for 30 minutes for them to turn everyone that has waited in line prior to 800 away. I drove 35 minutes to visit this place and now we get to drive away with three small children who are crying because they couldn’t redeem their tickets that they won and were anxiously waiting in a line for 30 minutes. I went to speak to the manager, Matthew, who wanted no parts of this and just handed myself and a few others the general manager, Joan’s, business card. Very disappointing that they wouldn’t allow the people already in line prior to 800 redeem their tickets. We won’t be back. Few other mentions- bathrooms were disgusting with toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor, ordered food and by the time we got it, it was cold and portion size was terrible (one order of fry was not enough to share between two small children) More...
