Like us, you have probably looked at a ton of vendors. You liked his photos, or her music, or their videos. But wouldn't you rather have all your stuff taken care of by ONE company? Not having to deal with 3-4 different people was a GODSEND. From the first time we met Andy and Mel, we vibed right away. We went out for a pitch meeting and we were sold. Everyone else faded in memory because of everything GODJ brought to the table. Andys enthusiasm and energy and Mel's photographic eye was the perfect combination of what we were looking for, and it was all under one roof. And that was when it got even better. Working with them wasn't like working with a faceless company, it was like working with old friends. You know that Facebook friend you have that bought a camera that thinks they are a pro now? We saw GO DJ at a friends wedding a few years and knew if we ever got married we would definitely use them for the music! But when we sat down and saw everything the company had to offer we ended up booking everything with them including photography video and photobooth ! Doug and I are so glad we did! GoDJ Entertainment was so amazing and there for me the whole time from start to finish throughout my wedding planning! My photographer Mel did an absolutely STUNNING job with all of my pictures both (engagement and wedding) so now I’m using her for also my maternity photos and newborn shoot after the baby is born. She makes the photo shoots so personal and helps you feel very comfortable the whole time. Andy was my DJ at the wedding and he kept everyone entertained the whole night, there was never a dull moment. He played everything we wanted to hear! We used Go Dj! for our Dj, uplighting, photobooth and videographer and we couldn't be happier!!!! Andy was great to work with- always had creative suggestions and ideas and our event was flawless all due to his hard work! ! He worked with us constantly to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. He checked in several times during the event to see if there was anything he could do for us!! We just got our final product from the videographers and it truly blew us away!!! It is FANTASTIC!!! The photobooth was a huge hit at the wedding and they even put together a photo album of the photobooth pictures for us to take home that night!!! Andy is an amazing dj. Highly recommended! So many of our guests commented on how much fun our reception was. He is really skilled at reading the crowd to get the dance floor going after dinner. One of my fears was that the dance floor would be empty and he made sure that this was never the case. He also played tasteful light music during dinner which created a wonderful ambience. Andy accommodated many--perhaps all-- of our song requests, which helped make our night really special. Overall, he is friendly and very professional. We used Go DJ's photographer (Mel B) as well. I met Andy and the Go DJ! team at a Wedding Expo at the DCU Center in January 2016, 9 months before my wedding - September 25, 2016. There was no question about it, they were the team I wanted to have at my wedding, and I knew my husband would agree. The entire night was great, start to finish. Our guests LOVED the photo-booth (they even tried sneaking into it after it was shut down), our dance floor was packed the entire night because of the great music and the hilarious scavenger hunt MC John surprised us with (which had our guests stripping shamelessly!), and we couldn't be happier with Mel and our pictures (seriously, she is fantastic)! I recently had the pleasure of working with GoDJ for my wedding. It’s hard to express the level of professionalism Andy and his team showed while working with us. From the first meeting to the last dance, Andy showed absolute focus and discipline as a skilled professional clearly seasoned with years of experience. There were no mistakes, no hang ups, no upsets. Every single action of Andy and his team was flawless. What surprised me the most was his exceptional level of service. There were many times when Andy personally approached my wife and I and asked if we needed anything. When the service men and women from the venue were busy or absent, which was nearly never, Andy himself offered to get us drinks or anything we needed. Go DJ! provided the DJ/entertainment services for our wedding on 10/30/2016 and it was absolutely amazing! From our first meeting with Andy, we knew we had made the right decision. Andy was so professional, responsive, and easy going. He answered my many questions and was incredibly flexible with the final details/decisions. Andy was our MC and he gave us everything we asked for and more. Everything moved along so smoothly and the timing of all of the various parts of the reception was spot on. The dance floor was constantly occupied and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves! John from GoDJ! did an amazing job with our wedding and was able to read our very mixed crowd of ages. The dance floor at our wedding was full right up until the end! There was two mishaps, 1) the DJ accidentally forgot to announce the mother and father of Groom, but was able to fix it so it looked like it was suppose to happen that way. 2) There was miscommunication about the times of our photobooth being open for use. We had chosen before our wedding to close it down during dinner and then re-open it after. It accidentally stayed open throughout dinner, could have partially been our guests fault because no one could sit still at they're tables from all of the good music! We offered to pay more money to keep it open till it was intended to stay open before the miscommunication happen but GoDJ accommodated us and kept it open until the time we had originally planned despite the fact it stayed open during dinner. Overall we had an excellent experience with GoDJ and they were very easy to get ahold of at anytime with all of our questions and requests right up until the day before our wedding. More...

I can't even begin to describe the amazing experience that mygodj provided to my husband and I for our recent wedding. The uplighting looked beautiful in our venue, the photo booth kept guests entertained for hours and everyone loved the props and the fact so many people can fit in! The photographer Mel B is an absolute sweetheart with such vision! She truly helped to keep us both stress free and is so talented. And Andy DJing kept our group on the dance floor all night long! The endless list of compliments from our guests is fantastic and our personal feeling on how great they were is why I had to write a review for this company. I have bought a video+photography+DJ+Entertainment bundle from the company and I could not be happier with the people they sent for my wedding! First of all, the Photographer and the Videographer were very friendly, and they made me feel very comfortable. The wedding was in a farm and they looked around every corner of the venue to find great spots for beautiful pictures. I felt like they were my friends invited to the wedding and doing their best to make me happy.
The music taste of mine and DJ's was a complete match! Other than the songs I wanted him to play, he did a great job picking the songs to make me and the audience very happy and entertained. We loved working with Andy from GO DJ. He was a lot of fun, a great DJ/MC and so easy to work with. We had GO DJ throughout the ceremony and reception and everything went very smooth, they also let us put in several special requests such as crowd surfing during our reception, and playing an introduction video we had made. John Willoughby was the DJ for our 10/9/15 wedding! He was responsive, professional, and so much fun! John was amazing and answered all my email extremely quickly. I had stressed I really wanted him to take charge and gather all family members and members of the wedding party to assure we began on time and he did a wonderful job! John played lots of song requests I had but was able to read our guests and kept playing music people enjoyed. Everyone has said how fun our wedding is...I believe it was all because of John! The price we paid was far lower then any other DJ I met with! John had everyone play a fun scavenger hunt game and it was an absolute hit! 5 stars for John all the way around! The only reason I scored 4.9 for responsiveness was not because of John but because of another DJ we originally had booked with through GODJ (we ended up switching to John because Andy, another GoDJ DJ, wished to attend his sisters wedding that had switched to our wedding date). When I was trying to get a hold of Andy to discuss meeting with John for the first time there was a bit of "phone tag" that occurred with my messages not being responded to for several days. However, despite that both Andy and John were amazing and clearly the "phone tag" hardly mattered at all as I still ranked GODJ a 4.9 in the responsiveness section. I would highly, highly recommend John Willoughby for anybody's wedding! My wedding reception went even better then I dreamed and a large reason why was thanks to our amazing DJ!

In one word, GODJ was amazing. My husband and I hired GODJ for our wedding reception. This company went above and beyond our expectations. The guests at our reception were a range of conservative to "party-all-night" and GODJ was still able to get everyone on the dance floor. DJ Dave Gallo and DJ John Willoughby made the perfect music selections and guests were dancing and enjoying themselves the entire night. In addition, we also hired their photographer Caitlyn Fletcher. My husband and I cannot say enough about her. She was incredible. Caitlyn was super professional and a delight to work with. Her ideas and picture taking ability shine through in the finished product. We have had compliments over and over saying that our wedding pictures are some of the best people have ever seen, and we agree! Throughout the night, our guests were entertained by the photo booth that was also provided by the company, and my husband and I even found time to take some great shots in the photo booth as well. To top it off, we have our video of the wedding, once again provided by GODJ, which we love to show to all our friends and family. Every time we watch the video, it is like reliving the best day of our lives. GODJ pulled together all of the details of our wedding with perfect precision and professional expertise. Andy C MC'd my wedding on September 26th. I cannot say how pleased my wife and I were with his services. So many people who attended complimented us on how great a time they had dancing. We had an outdoor ceremony and even though Andy couldnt have his tech run a cord to the area, he just faced the speakers over a balcony. Andy has a great setup with lights which illuminate the dance area. We asked for several specific songs from YouTube which he accommodated. Requests during the night were also always honored. Also, my wife used to work as a server in banquet halls and became jaded to several typical wedding songs (YMCA, love shack.) Andy ensured that we had a unique experience that was perfectly personal to us. Great job!

We were 101% thoroughly happy with Caitlin & Andy, who went above & beyond from our initial meetings to viewing the pictures afterwards. We were impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, organization, & sense of humor. They were easy to communicate with at all times, as well as punctual, flexible, and personable. Caitlin was with us for over 9 hours on our wedding day, prior to the ceremony, at the church, and at the reception, while Andy was our energetic DJ who kept our guests entertained and dancing all night at the Riverview in Simsbury, CT. Andy played the perfect mix of songs, and creatively kept the dance floor filled with people until the very end, with surprising and memorable techniques which allowed our family and friends to feel connected to us and thanked for their attendance at our special day. Caitlin absolutely worked tirelessly, even standing on chairs to get the perfect shot of our treasured memories, while not interfering with
any element of the day. The quality of the pictures was stunningly beautiful, and she had various personal creative touches in the pictures that we did not think of beforehand, but she spontaneously shot. Amazingly, she had our pictures ready for viewing in less than 3 weeks after our wedding, even quickly accommodated a further request for additional disks, and told us to contact her at any time to change a photo from color to black and white. Our family & friends have commented on the variety of posed and unique candid shots that demonstrate a high level of skill and precision, as well as the overall atmosphere of the reception crafted by Andy. What a relief it was to find GO DJ Entertainment for our wedding! They provided us with DJ Services, uplighting, dancers, a photobooth, photography, AND videography. We were so happy that we didn't have to book each service separately through multiple companies.

The guest at our wedding said that they never have danced as much as they did that night! As a bride I was worried about this, as our family isn't really the outgoing, dancing-type. I was SHOCKED at how Andy was able to read the crowd and actually get them out on the dance floor. He played music we were comfortable with that made it easier for us all to loosen up. The dancers we hired also made it fun for all of my family to watch and be inspired to dance too!

We also used Caitlin for our photography services. She stayed with us the whole day from getting ready to the end of the reception. She laughed and interacted with our guests and made sure to capture moments that we talked about at our consultations. Her communication throughout the whole process was quick, professional, and fun. I very comfortable with her and it showed in our photos.

The photobooth that we booked with GO DJ was one of the best we've seen. After going to many friend's weddings, some only let 2-3 people in at a time and one time one broke at a recent wedding we attended. No one was there to fix it when this happened and this made us really worried. At our wedding, there was someone running the booth and making sure guests were moving in and out quickly so everyone had a turn. We also were able to fit about 10 people in the booth when we moved the wall back! I laughed so much reviewing all of the photostrips files a few days after our wedding with the CD they gave us. It was so fun to see everyone having a blast.
