Go Clean

I hired GoClean to clean our apartment when we moved out this month. I selected their "movein/moveout" package and added on window cleaning and having the interior of the microwave cleaned. The cleaning team was on time and very professional. They did an excellent job cleaning all the appliances and tile surfaces. The bathroom in particular was sparkling.My only complaint is that the carpet was not as thoroughly cleaned as I would have liked. There was one strip of wall that was entirely missed in our living room and there were still bits of cat fur scattered throughout the apartment. The carpet is a thick shag carpet which are more challenging to clean thoroughly, so keep that in mind if that is what you have. They did ask me to inspect before they left and I was too pressed for time to do a thorough job, so it is possible they would have corrected these issues if I had caught them before they left. All-in-all I think this service is a very good value ($200 is relatively inexpensive for the job they did). I would hire them again for my current apartment which has regular and not shag carpeting. I found this cleaning agency at yelp and the only thing I regret is not taking pictures of before and after. I was looking for someone to do a deep cleaning on the 2. 5 bathrooms in my home because it was BAD how behind I was on the cleaning. They were easy to contact, fast replies and they were available within the week. They left my bathrooms like brand new. My family and I were amazed and extremely happy. The price was worth it no doubt. The 2 ladies from the agency who did the work were very friendly and courteous. They arrived, I told them what I needed done and they got to it right away. My family and I were in the living room and never felt they were in our way or anything. I don't know which other way to describe how happy I am with this agency and it's staff. Phenomenal!!! I was shocked and amazed by how detailed the cleaning was done.  The base boards, vents, windows, washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, everything. ... When I requested a quote, I received a prompt and thorough response. I was pleased they use green products upon request (method and simple green) or will use products I have on hand, if I prefer that. I mentioned that my dog recently passed away so the clean may be heavy this time due to her hair but I didn't think it would be a "deep clean." I was offered a "mix" of regular and deep clean so I wasn't sure exactly what to expect.The morning of my service, I received a text that the team was en route. Cristi and Liz arrived promptly at the scheduled time and asked me if I had any special requests or questions. I left for work and received a text when they were done so I went home at lunch to check it out, and, WOW!  Everything was so clean from top to bottom, they really exceeded my expectations. I was thrilled to see just about every surface in my house sparkling and my glass stove top looks like brand new!  All of my stainless steel appliances and sinks were polished, they cleaned all my windows on the inside and both the inside and outside of my sliders. My place is relatively small so they even wiped down the furniture on my covered deck. At every turn, I discover something else they cleaned, down to my tv remotes! They also made the Kleenex in my bathroom into a decoration and tucked my toilet paper in, like at a hotel, which was another nice touch.The only con to Go Clean is that Cristi & Liz did such a great job that I don't want to touch or use anything! After eating dinner, I didn't want to wash my dishes because the sinks were so sparkly...so beware, lol!If I opt for service in the future or need a special clean again, I will definitely use Go Clean and have already recommended them to a friend. This cleaning company is so so so so so good that I wish I could give an extra star for it. Diana, Sasha, and Christi came early while I was having lunch outside. I hired Go Clean to clean my disgusting hardwood floors before I moved out of my apartment. I contacted them two days before and they were able to fit me in ASAP. I never thought I would choose a cleaning service but I was convinced to try it out since we are fumigating part of the house. After some searching I got into contact with Go Clean through Yelp. They were detailed in explaining to me the service they would provide and follow through with out appointments via email and text message. Irma, Cristi, Luz, Teresa came to my place and promptly cleaned up the whole house. Our house has never been so clean! We loved Go Clean's service and will absolutely be signing up for regular cleanings. The crew is very efficient and their leader is very polite and cares about your satisfaction. Teresa and her team did a spectacular job cleaning our house post-construction. They wiped the entire house free of dust and construction detritus -- wiped all the walls, baseboards, windowsills, windows inside and out, and lights with intricate pieces and detailing. She even vaccuumed inside the return vent for our AC. I appreciated her post-clean walkthrough -- very thorough and detailed, and very willing to clean anything that was overlooked. Diana and her team came to our house on 5/29 and let me tell you - they did an INCREDIBLE job! Truly incredible. We had a very dirty house thanks to 3 indoor dogs and humans that work full time. We just never seem to get on top of our housecleaning. We decided to subscribe to monthly help and we chose Go Clean thanks to an impressive move-out clean they did for us on one of our rental properties last summer. I'll never use anyone else. We found Go Clean on Yelp and are very fortunate to have found this company. They are very responsive and are easy to communicate with. If we've ever needed to reschedule a cleaning its been super simple to do. Its great getting a notification when they're on their way on cleaning day so we know exactly when to expect them. They're also very honest; during one cleaning session a clay basket in our kitchen was broken while they were cleaning our home; they notified us of the situation and informed us they would replace the broken item which they did. Team SASHA from Go Clean came to clean my place for a move out service - get the place ready for a new tenant. All was arranged via email, which was convenient. Prices were on par with most places but I do like that they had a flat rate option to cover the work you need done. This is the first time that I have used a cleaning service ever, and I will be back. I had Teresa's team ( Hope I am spelling that right ) and all of them were very polite. They showed up right at the end of the window, so make sure you block off the entire time, as well as the team will not physically contact you that they are there, but instead you will get a notification from Go Clean telling you they are there. I do not particularly like this system, but this is not a knock on Theresa's team. I cannot say enough about the clean job that they did on my apartment. They honestly cleaned things that I did not know were even dirty. My bathroom was pristine, kitchen smelling fresh, and they even wiped down the base boards. My toilet was a new color afterwards. All in all, love the job they did, and will be doing it every couple of months to do the deep cleaning that I 1. don't want to do 2. Absolutely amazing! They did a wonderful job and the house smells amazing. They cleaned everything I asked them to, and even did the lamps, chandeliers, and dusted and wiped down all the furniture. They went out of their way to also clean under the couch cushions, in and around the toilets, cleaned my daughters closet, folded and put away the clean clothes, did dishes that I had left behind, and I can keep going and going. I had Go Clean yesterday for the first time. They did an amazing job!  I rent my studio on a vacation rental site and need to have it cleaned thoroughly each time between guests and Go Clean understands this need.  The owner Talia  is professional, thorough and listened to my needs and completely delivered the final product.  The two women who cleaned, Maria and Theresa, were on time, described what they were going to clean and followed through.  They were very courteous and professional.  My studio was dirtier than usual because of roof repairs but it is perfectly clean now.  If you have vacation rentals I highly recommend Go Glean.
