Stop your search for a wedding coordinator if you are still looking for one, Bing is the person you NEED. My wife and I were looking for a wedding coordinator and we were refereed to Bing by a good friend. From the day we hired Bing, he began to work right away. He's very well organized, knowledgable, professional, and down to earth. Everyone needs a Bing for their wedding.From the time we hired him, he made it his mission to make sure everything goes smooth on our big day. He pays attention to detail and make sure everything is coordinated very well. Just when I thought I had everything thought of, Bing comes in with things that I wouldn't have thought of. It's that kind of knowledge you build up with experience in the wedding industry, which Bing has plenty of.Bing was with us every step of the way. On our big day, he was fantastic in making sure everything was going according to plan. He went above and beyound our expectations. My wife and I couldn't have done it without him. You really need a coordinator, otherwise you will be pulled left and right with questions, concerns, guidance, you name it. You don't want that kind of stress on your wedding day. What you want to do is to soak it all in and enjoy it. I was told that it would go by fast, and that is very much true. I was lucky enough to work alongside Bing for a wedding reception at our venue - The DoubleTree Berkeley Marina on September 18th, 2021. I have, of course, worked with many Wedding Coordinators/Event Planners, but none as organized and timely as Bing. The way every single detail was laid out made it easy for anyone to understand (I am certain that even someone with no experience would be able to execute all the details Bing put together).  He does not miss a beat! His vision and expertise helped guide this couple in putting together an absolutely stunning wedding reception in our ballroom.  He is truly one of the best! I never had a problem contacting him for any details; he was always very speedy with his responses and made my job very easy. He is very personable, kind, and funny!I wish there were a way I could convince all of my couples to hire Bing for their special day so that I could have the pleasure to work with him every weekend! I honestly can't say enough good things about Bing. My wife and I hired him to officiate our wedding in July. Bing made the entire process leading up to the wedding a total breeze, from our initial meetings to introduce ourselves, to diving super deep into our story & relationship, to providing feedback on our vows. He even made himself available for general questions about wedding planning, which we really appreciated.The end result was nothing short of spectacular. Bing took all our history, our story, and some of our favorite quotes, and created a one-of-a-kind ceremony that blew us away. While I was standing at the altar, I was continually surprised at the little details he was able to weave into a cohesive and inspiring story. He blended thoughtfulness, realism, and humor perfectly. After the ceremony, we had multiple guests ask us if Bing is a personal friend of ours, because he made our ceremony so personal. I don't write Yelp reviews very often, but I have to write one for Bing! He is amazing! My husband and I hired Bing as our wedding coordinator and MC. And I can say that it's the best decision we've made. I am a very detail oriented person and Bing exceeded my expectations. As an MC, Bing made sure the celebration runs smoothly. He would always check on us and made sure we know what's next. Bing has this fun personality which really liven up the mood at the reception. It really makes a difference! What can I say, other than Bing was a godsend for our 2020 wedding.  Given the enormous gravity of a "2020 wedding", we were in need of some serious guidance, and Bing came to the rescue and took it all in stride.  We initially approached Bing as an officiant, then throughout months, getting more and more familiar, he became our planner, host, DJ, and most importantly, our friend.  He lent his hand to us like we were his own and made us feel like family.  Maybe we're just partial to his street-vibe and "Bay Area" style, but we just felt like to he was "right at home" at all times.  Even at our family-only ceremony, it felt like he was the cool cousin that was the life of the party.  He even busted out some insane dance moves!  Don't get me wrong though, he was equally as professional and safe as he was fun.  We entered our wedding process with huge uncertainty and skepticism and emerged having the most epic wedding, and guests that were simply blown away- in large was thanks to Bing's guidance and support.If you're looking to have the ultimate wedding during these troubled times, look no further than Bing.  He's professional, dedicated, personable, but most importantly FUN!
