Do not use Global "Protection" Services! DO NOT BE FOOLED by these othere 5 star reviews. This is not a legitimate LLC and is a front for a scam. Their phone lines (the only form of contact) is unreachable 9/10. Only after months did a security complaint even reach the anyone to do anything about it. The other 5 star reviews are landlords who hired them and never gave a second look to check if they actually did their jobs. Global Protection Systems employees sleep on the job in their tinted window cars, they don't answer calls, they drive around as a "presence" but do not provide actual security to anyone who needs it besides the property managers. This is where leasing agreements say that Global Protection Services is our go to call security and should be called before the police. Well they do not answer those lines so the police often comes to our apartments, with security being a few 100 feet away. They refuse to do their job when asked and are unreliable. I would not be surprised if this was not a legitimate LLC, they don't even have a contact email, sketchy. I would run away from this "security" group if you are considering hiring a front. More...

Lt. Hill, came to us by referral but we did our due diligence and reviewed GPS track record to ensure that we had the right fit for the size and type of events that we sponsor.
