What inspired you to start your own business?
I have struggled with mental health and addiction in my past. My family and friends tried to help me but it seemed they were actually causing more harm. My friends and family had the right intentions but it was truly the professional support and treatment where I recieved the clinical help I needed. So, I wanted to create a program that provided that support that helped me because I know it works. I would never ask something of another person that i have not experienced myself. Its important that we become happy, healthy, and whole.

Yes. Our services are offered online as well as remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are now offering hybrid group sessions. This means that we can have smaller group sessions with the same amount of patients. We are also offering straight telehealth as well as in person therapy. We are following CDC guidelines as well as Glendora health department guidelines.
