We were so excited to finally try this place. They have nondairy options (oat and almond milk)  for all of there flavors and they don't charge extra for them.  Their flavors were creative and delicious. One of my favorite ice cream shops by far! I've tried this location a few times, as well as their Los Gatos location, and both shops have the cutest interior! I'm obsessed with their Strawberry Shortcake flavor: this is only in their SF location, and it is a MUST-TRY. I also tried Purple Rain, Orange Creamsicle (w/ tequila add-on!), Aloha, Banana Split, Double Date, and ALL of them were so good!As for their bakery products, I only got the Pao De Queijo, but I need to try more in the future! We went here on Saturday over the weekend around 3:45pm and there was no wait! I've tried other rolled icecreams before, but this was my first time trying this place and my friend's very first time trying rolled icecream! Anyways, I got the Banana Split rolled icecream and also the Raspberry Lemon tea with 50% sweet. It was fun watching them make the rolled icecream and the presentation looked nice too. Most importantly, the icecream didn't melt too fast. The Raspberry Lemon drink tasted good and refreshing too, but I think I'll go for 75% sweet or maybe even 100% sweet next time.I'd recommend this place! Everything we tried that day tasted good, staff was friendly, and the place was clean too! Not only do they have rolled icecream, but they also have baked good and drinks here too. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Yesterday was our first time getting rolled ice cream and it was delicious, so for our last night in San Francisco we decided to go back to Glazier again. The ice cream is great, but be careful when you order. The prices shown do not include their recommended toppings. My wife and I both ordered Mocha Madness with the recommended toppings less coffee beans. For me I added Oreos. I ordered the exact same thing today as I did yesterday, but today's cost me$10.35 instead of $8.55. Yesterday the person at the register put in the exact toppings, but today the person entered in recommended toppings which cost $1.80 plus the cost of the Oreos. When we asked him about it, he was rude and said "he doesn't write the programming, so what so we want him to do about it!?!?" More...

New fun ways to get your treats on! The Orange Creamsicle rolled ice cream was sweet and super creamy, with just the right amount of alcohol to complement the taste. For an actual drink, I opted for something a little healthier- the blueberry glow was light and refreshing, perfect. Lastly, the pastries are always a hit and I love seeing all the flavors they add in like ube and thai tea. Note: you WILL need ID to buy the boozy ice cream. Some of their cashiers are young so they will need one of the older staff to make the boozy items. That being said, the young boy who helped me was super nice about everything. ice cream was okay. came back the next day at 12 (when they open) and they were closed, but there were several employees inside. left and came back at around 12:30 and they were still closed. The cashier had his airpods in while I was ordering and kept asking what I said because he couldn't hear me. They charged me for two drinks when I only ordered one but obviously he couldn't hear me correctly. It took 10 minutes for me to get my order and people that were behind me got their orders first. He got a thai tea with tapioca while I got a Purple Rain, which consist of lavender and blackberries, and i chose whipped cream and honey as my toppings. The staff there provides amazing customer service, answers all your questions and yes I had a lot of questions! I walked for 20 minutes to get their store and they say "we don't have that". No sorry, no today we ran out of oats, almonds, NOTHING. I had just been turned down from going into a concert because I have yet to get my booster shot. It was a bummer since I planned for this event. Nonetheless, I figured might as well get some coffee for the long drive back to San Jose. Glazier was one of the few places open selling coffee. I got the iced mocha with boba and oat milk. It was fairly watered down and I couldn't taste the coffee. My friend got a latte and it tasted like sweet creamy milk, no coffee. I give it 4 stars because the rolled ice cream is really their bread and butter and looked phenomenal! They had fresh toppings and did fun tricks to roll the ice cream! Overall, nice late night experience. Next time I'm getting a cup of ice cream! More...
