Excellent service. Steph & Camila were a great team together. My wife was very happy with her hair & makeup(so was I) & our photo session was a very good time. They made us feel like celebrities lol. TL:DR version. The Bridgewater staff are amazing, the pics were spectacular but you are going to definitely pay much higher prices than you think. But, it's an investment and you will be very happy with the product. You get what you pay for. I would go back if I had the money to.-------------So let's start by saying I was HIGHLY skeptical. And that's putting it nicely. But this story has a very happy ending. For Mothers Day, I wanted portraits of my 4 babies, but I didn't want the kind of canned photography that you get at most commercial places. I had a Groupon for Glamour Shots which essentially took care of sitting fees the photography session and added a small credit towards pictures. Even with this incentive, I almost didn't book the session based on the pretty campy reputation that the chain has. I made the decision to book and then was nervous all the way up to the actual session itself.The booking process itself was fairly straightforward. You can book online but they will call to confirm slot. I did get about eight phone calls between booking and the actual session (annoying), and I actually had to reschedule due to a bad stomach virus, but they were plenty of times to choose from. I'm still not sure if that was good or bad.Day of the shoot comes and we get there a little early. The girls were taken first for their makeovers. The stylist did a really great job with their hair and keeping the make up excessively light. While waiting for everyone to change, the staff kept the kids occupied with coloring pages and I broke out snacks. Each kid was taken separately first for individuals. Everything was going fine, until my toddler decided it was time for a melt down. That's when everything went south. He refused to take pictures, he refused to get in group shots, he refused to do pretty much anything other than play with any toys he felt deserve his attention more.I was pretty upset thinking that I wasn't going to get shots with all the kids in it. I shut the shoot down because I was just too stressed out and now one of my other children started to melt down as well. The manager, Arielle, took charge of everything at that point. While I worked on calming all the kids, she began to work magic with the shots they did get. It took about 25mins to download everything and pick out the 25+ shots that ended up being ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! I sat with my girls to pick pictures and watched their eyes light up when they saw their portraits! But the best part of all was the photographer managed to get a shot of my toddler that was able to be photoshopped into the group shot of the other three! They got me my group shot!!The team at Bridgewater turned the entire experience around which, because of my rambunctious crew was very stressful. The cost was around $600 for 22 pictures, touched up, perfected and electronic. This also included 4 8x10s and 1 10x13 prints. More...

What a great experience!! From the very friendly initial call to schedule my appointment to my checkout the team at GS was awesome! It was easy to schedule an appt and the lady gave me all the information on what to expect.  Essence was a great makeup artist and hair stylist. Loved my makeup!! Jazmin was a lot of fun to work with and she paid great attention to detail - making sure every hair was in place! She made sure I was having fun while delivering beautiful photos :) the checkout process was very organized and Arielle was very patient. It did come to about $70 a pose but they came out beautiful! This is my first time to have a photoshoot and I have to say, I had a positive experience at this place. This location may have had negative reviews in the past but management has changed. Arielle, Kim and Jamie make an awesome team! They're all very upbeat, friendly, helpful and professional. They put you right at ease. Arielle's a class act. She wasn't pushy like others who dishes out sales talk and intimidates. I didn't feel pressured to make a big purchase. Pressure was coming from me cause photos came out great !!! Yes, it's pricey but you're getting what you pay for. I would buy all if I can afford to but I had to limit myself. I would give it 5 stars if not for affordability. More...
