Seriously forever grateful for having such a great trainer!!!! At first I was skeptical of him not being close and having to do a lot online and not in person, just because I know myself and lack of motivation. However it doesn’t matter how far you are, Will is gonna get your booty in shape! From morning wake up calls and just due diligence phone calls for motivation he has become family!!! So proud of my transformation thus far and we’re only a quarter of the way there!!!!! More...

Been working with Will for about 8 weeks now and I LOVE IT! He’s always there to help if I have questions about the diet or workout, or if I have any concerns. With his program I’ve definitely started to feel a change and look it. I love that’s he’s got a program personally for me and takes the time to communicate, and he’s not afraid to push you further. been training now for about 7 weeks and even with all my common military spouse life mhmm obstacles, Will has kept me motivated and accountable! my over goal is 20-25 lbs and I am already down 9lbs! I can see myself getting smaller and can tell I'm building muscle. cant wait to see how these next 6 weeks go! the goal of 15 more is possible especially with William's help!
