My mother purchased this item because she has multiple ailments and has tried many products over the years in an attempt to stay as active and healthy as she could possibly be. By the way she is 82, almost 83 years old. After ordering the product she did have second thoughts and decided to cancel her order. Needless to say the product arrived anyway. She called the company to find out how she could return the item, as it’s difficult for her to get to the post office and I’m in a different state. The company told her to keep the product free of charge, as they truly wanted her to use the product to improve her movement and didn’t just care about the money. My mother loves your product and has seen improvement in both of her hips and knees that have been replaced over the years. I just ordered it two weeks ago and was delivered sooner than I expected. It is really convenient to use and you can move it anywhere you want. Got it yesterday! assembled in 5 minutes and started right away. So far I love it! I do it in front of TV, while talking on the phone and I don't even realize I'm exercising except when I get up, OMG I do feel it. I work from home too!
