Gingerbread Cooking and Catering

I highly recommend Ginger and her staff! Five stars. She catered our back yard wedding in October and it was perfection. Our guests raved about the food . We selected the pork tenderloin with peach sauce (OMG) and the gluten free chicken. Our guests literally inhaled the twice baked potato casserole (OMG) and she can make green beans taste so good I think she uses magic. Don't let her low prices deceive you into thinking you won't get a full service catering experience. Her team of four showed up on time, set everything up, and stayed until we were ready for them to clean up. They did it all! They actually went above and beyond by helping set up our dessert bar even though I made the desserts myself. Whether you are having a small party or a large wedding, you need to hire Gingerbread. Ginger & her team catered my son’s wedding on July 2. From the first contact I with Ginger up until the reception was over, she was a lifesaver. Excellent customer service, the food is phenomenal, and a lot of fun to work with! The day of the wedding, everything went perfect and everyone loved the food. The meatloaf, creamed potatoes and gravy, green beans and roll we're delicious as was the banana pudding. Very friendly atmosphere. 5/5.

Update: Wow, just wow!! Our meal was absolutely delicious! Everything was great, from the ham and turkey right down to the gravy. Sure, it wasn’t “Aunt Sue’s dressing”, or “Granny’s pineapple casserole” but it was delicious and well portioned! Home run Ginger and Co.! Just want to tell as many folks as possible, although it’s probably too late this year, next year, you NEED to consider Gingerbread for your holiday meal plan! If this Thanksgiving meal tastes even a bit as good as it looks, Awesome won’t even come close to describing it! Ginger and her crew were working their butts off this afternoon turning out a plethora of meals that look incredible, and at an incredible price! Thanks to Gingerbread for our family meal this year!
