My Trainer is Joe - he’s GREAT!!! He changes up the routine and makes every workout fun! He’s very knowledgeable. Prices are worth it! He takes away all excuses because of his mobile services. It’s nice to have him come to my house to train me, that way I don’t have to worry about daycare just to workout. Genius idea Joe! Yes. Most of our coaching and training is online. By such you have access to your trainer 5-7 days a week.
