Gideon did a very solid job for our Company - we gut renovated 9 apartments and also renovated 2 multi family buildings. He is very knowledgeable in regards to mobility impaired modifications needed to address an individual with special needs. We have used his services in the past and will use his expertise in the future

Gideon designed and drew an extension to add an additional room at the back of our house. It was a tricky addition as it had to fit in a tight space between our house and our swimming pool. Gideon did a great job designing an addition that gave us the most room possible in the space available. We were very impressed with his attention to detail especially when it came to talking to the city and getting them to agree to how we could use the space around the pool. When we were getting quotes for the addition it was clear that, although the builders were confident they knew all the rules and regulations, Gideon’s homework on how and where we could build near the pool was much more accurate.
Going into the process we were very confident that we knew exactly what we wanted, but Gideon improved the final design significantly by not just designing and drawing what we thought we wanted, but also giving us options for what was feasible that we could not have imagined on our own.
Gideon was extremely pleasant to work with and was great at keeping us in the loop as he was working on his designs. We would definitely work with him again. More...
