Arash is amazing! Top Notch Designer!

I needed help with designing a 3,000 square feet commercial office building for my real estate and property management. I tried to do it on my own. I spent money to buy new desks, installed new carpet but the carpet and furniture didn't go together and I didn't know what to do.

The moment we spoke on the phone I knew I wanted Arash to be my designer.
He was very pleasant on the phone and gave me great ideas.

In less than 30 minutes at my office he immediately saw what needed to be changed and added to create a beautiful space. During the process he went above and beyond to send links and photos helped me pick the right furniture and accessories. When I had different ideas he listened and made changes but still created beautiful designs. It was a positive collaboration and experience for me. My office looks beautiful especially with the custom sofas he designed. I received so many compliments at my Grand Opening. Guests thought the office looked professional and elegant.

I found out as we were working together that Arash also does business consulting and creates logos, websites, branding.
I love the logo he created and excited to see the website he is creating for me.

I moved into my modern apartment a year and a half ago in Orange County, CA. My first place that I lived by myself in. I never really learned about interior design, and being a busy professional in marketing, I definitely didn’t want to spend my free time after work learning about interior design and making large decisions from couches to paintings to rugs to accessories and where to start. I just had the necessities like a couch and love seat, rug, TV, and TV stand and that’s basically it and it was time for me to finally build my dream space because I’m going to be here a while.

So I searched Google for Interior Design in my city and I saw some interior designers in my area and then put in about 10 inquiries to 10 different designers. Arash was the fastest to get back to me within an hour and most either didn’t even get back to me or said my job was too small for them (760 square foot 1-bedroom apartment) or they weren’t available for 4 months!

I had never dealt with an interior designer before so I didn’t know what to expect. But from the very first call I was blown away by Arash’s energy, expressions, personality, and knowledge, and just overall joy I could tell he had for interior design. He was extremely generous with his time and talked with me for an hour, while I gave him all the details of my place. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, but I know that I like modern and I also told him the things and styles I absolutely do not want.

After two calls with him, I decided to go with Arash for my interior design project. Not going to lie, I was actually very nervous the day I wired Arash the money without even meeting him or knowing anything about interior design, but I took a chance because he spent 2 hours on 2 separate phone calls with me planning out my space and he showed me a bunch of pics of his work so I was excited and decided to take a chance on him.

Soon after I paid, he went right to work texting me videos and photos of all sorts of cool pieces to choose from for my space and I was immediately put at ease. Within a week I was getting deliveries to my place.

I didn’t know how I’d feel about working with an interior designer remotely but it’s been so easy. I just send him videos and photos from my phone of my apartment (balcony and interior areas) and send him measurements and he gives me a couple options for everything. And all I have to do is say I have a slight preference and I want him to make the decision for me. It’s so nice to just be like, “I don’t know, you pick.” And then he says, “Great, get this, it’s perfect because XYZ.” Boom, big decision done.

Also, he problems solves. I told him I love faux fireplaces and I want a TV in my bedroom. I show him I have a small awkward wall in my bedroom and he put together a beautiful plan to get the things I wanted. I have a special award/plaque I wanted to highlight also and he found a great space for it. He’s working on my outdoor balcony, living room, bathroom, master bedroom, and walk in area when you first walk in my place.

He also was honest with me and let me know that some pieces I had in my place were already perfect so I’m not just buying extra furniture I don’t need.

His pricing was more than worth the time it would take for me to even attempt all of this on my own, plus his deals he gets with furniture companies to get the best prices, and the cost and anxiety that I’d have to go through worrying if I’ve gotten the right furniture or artwork and where to put everything.

He recommended an accent wall color and he has connections to help me hire people to mount my new TV, paint an accent wall, and hang and nail all the paintings for me. It truly is such a done-for-you experience. I just get to come home to new fun deliveries every day.

I also really can’t even imagine anyone having any better communication. He’s visiting in France while helping me and it’s as if he’s down the street. His texts are thorough and I’m amazed at how fast he’s put together my space. I’ve already received so many artwork and furniture pieces.

Everything is coming together wonderfully and fast and it’s been less than two weeks!

This is a bonus that perhaps is not for everybody, but I can’t tell you how greatly I appreciated it: he’s basically a life coach lol! I was going through a very difficult time (which is what spurred on me wanting to get a new design beginning in my apartment) he called me at 9PM after I texted him and talked with me on a rough night.

I can’t imagine hiring anybody else than Arash. I just don’t see how I could have found a better interior designer for my specific project. Very grateful and if you’re on the fence about working with Arash, just do it. Your home is one of the most important things in your life and it should be a place of peace and inspiration. What a great experience to go through finishing the project of my new house with ARASH. From day 1, you can see the amount of effort ARASH is putting in to ensure exact taste is met, the top notch quality and the continuous discussion on colors, options, material. I have to admit that I was so amazed by the custom beds & sofa and the quality of the manufacturing he provided and not of the shelve cheap manufacturing that others would provide. This make you not only feel, but live & love your house and things put in . I opted to wait till all furniture items were delivered and install to give my opinion, and now seeing it all, it’s just so amazing and beautiful how the last months discussion came into reality with full satisfaction in what is placed in my house. I can now see how the $150k spent properly in putting all needed in the house and makes it look so beautiful. Someone can spend hundreds of thousands but it’s not smart, the smart point with ARASH is to spend exactly what is need to make the house beautiful and not just throw money. ARASH has spared all of his time to attend to my requests and ensure things in the right place, it took us only 48 hours to put thing in the house, install it, stage it correctly and enjoy living in it. Thanks a lot ARASH, u r just amazing and wish you all the best with all of your projects.
Oh, one last thing, I couldn’t imagine he was able to attend to 24 hours notice for delivery of material from San Diego to LA, this is a true customer service that is “above & beyond”.

I hired Ghiasi Designs to assist with selecting interior and exterior paint colors and also for help with redecorating several rooms in our home. Arash Ghiasi was amazing to work with. He helped upgrade my formal living room, dining area, and family room from something drab and disorganized to being really cool and personal. The best thing about him is his flexibility to work around your needs, e.g., work with existing pieces of furniture. He is extremely accessible at all hours and I receive an instant response to my texts. He is a good partner to bounce off ideas, and is not afraid to push back and tell you when something will not work (e.g., too small, or too far removed from the rest of the style). Finally, for me, the best part was that he put words to my style which I was not able to pin down for the longest time. I was in desperate need of help. I could not find the right backsplash to flow with my very busy countertop.
I found Arash on line and He was quick with his response and easy going ideas. His confidence eased my stress and helped with finding the perfect backsplash. When I told him I was looking for an oversized sectional to fit my living room. He explained that he also designs furniture. I decided to go with his amazing design. Arash was extremely responsive to all my questions, photos, and gave wonderful suggestions. The only reason I did not rate a five was for the process, not the individual providing the service. Arash did everything he could within the parameters of home design by telephone! I enjoyed working with Arash, he was always very gracious and polite. But it is very difficult to appreciate the process when the designer cannot be in the space that is being renovated. I would definitely recommend Arash if on line input is the only option for a project but I think on-site help would be a better experience. I contacted Arash a couple of weeks ago regarding a design for an awkwardly shaped outdoor patio, but ended up with a brand new kitchen instead. For context, I had been searching for months for the right contractors and assistance to replace my countertops and cabinets on a meager budget, and had practically given up. After contacting, walking through, and receiving quotes from 4 general contractors and 2 licensed handymen, I had come to terms with the notion that I was unable to afford to renovate my kitchen. My plan was to outfit my outdoor patio, address the kitchen sometime in the future (who knows when) and move on. Arash arrived to our consultation for the patio, but immediately began rearranging my existing furniture and brainstorming ideas for interior design. I admitted I wanted to update my kitchen but chose to focus my attention outside, and Arash flipped the script. Within two hours, he had secured a fabricator for countertops and a painter/ installer for new cabinets, all for a price I was able to comprehend (unlike all of the other contractors that wanted $25000 to flip the kitchen). Arash accepted my design and project management challenge with a grateful heart and eye for detail. Within 8 days of consulting with Arash, both contractors arrived to demo my existing kitchen. Arash was incredibly communicative, answering all of my questions within minutes, and pursuing every last option before assigning contractors. He was optimistic but realistic, proposing options that fit my budget and extent of the work. Working with Arash was an amazing experience! Arash has done it for over 20 years, so anything from furniture selection and materials selection, he has been on point, not jeopardizing our own style but at the same time elevating us to another level of existence and challenging to truly transform life along with transforming space. Very patient, honest, and fun and easy to work with. People were very impressed with our choice of designer and his selections everywhere I went with him or taking his samples and our house is coming together beautifully. I am managing renovations myself and he has been tremendously helpful, kind and patient but honest when it comes to my questions of choices, placements. Although our contract was for design and furniture, not project management, when he kindly offered one of his subcontractors to me when I needed extensive lighting work in my house , I had a glimpse of the quality and a value that he could bring to the turn key and project management contracts. Working with Arash has been a pleasure for me, from the excellent customer service to his attention to my taste and budget. My studio is tiny but the work that was put on from Arash is not to be understated. It took us 6 months to complete the project due to various reasons on my side, but at the end, I cannot be any happier to see how it turned out. We talked over phone almost every other day when it first started. He kept checking in with me on every step of the way to make sure the project goes as smooth as possible. If anyone are still unsure about hiring an profession interior designer, I would highly recommend giving Arash a call.
