How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
When i train clients, i want to make training fun at the same time as helping clients reach their goals whether its to lose weight or gain strength and size.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is to have a healthy balanced diet as well as hard work and determination
What do you love most about your job?
I love my “job” because dont feel like im even working because im so passinate about lifting and sharing my knowledge woth others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Im currently a trainer at a gym and now that ive made a mark there, i want to expand my clientel and help more peope reach thier goals
