My name is Gillian (GG) and I have been coaching for four years. I have my bachelors in kinesiology from Michigan State. I have my MA from Denver, and am a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), and a pain free performance specialist(PPSC).
I have worked with athletes in the past, mostly in the high school realm as well as college and professional. More recently, I have taken quite an interest in training for everyday health and wellness, to feel pain free and to get in shape.
I believe in building my clients up, not breaking them down.
