This experience was honestly incredibly frustrating. They claimed they would be in constant communication and that the full plan would take 2 weeks. It took well over a month and I had to constantly ask them for updates. The entire business plan they provided had a ton of grammar and sentence structure mistakes that they never fixed no matter how many times I mentioned it. It also read like 5 different people wrote it. They also did not include any citations or sources. I provided a logo and style guide and the first design draft they gave me completely ignored it and was ugly as hell, only when I frustratingly told them to use what I provided did they fix it. In the end they were supposed to give me a final version as well as one I could edit, they only gave me a final. After asking for multiple days they finally sent me a version I can edit and it looks like a draft from a week before the final was completed. Definitely would not recommend. More...
