Everything! When I was looking for a locksmith to help me make some keys to file cabinets that were lost. All I had was the picture of the lock and the key code stamped on the lock. I been to around ten other locksmiths, and I got the run-around basically. Was told, there will be a surcharge for the first key, and $5 for any duplicate. others were between $60 for each key to $25 for each key.! Some did not even care to return a call that they found the key codes I gave them. but with these folks at GP Locksmith, I was not only helped, an trusted with a key to try, at my place an come back, but felt like I was part of the family. A rare experience in my life, I will tell you. They got the keys made and solved a problem in my life, others failed to understand. I will be back there to say Hi, even if I dont need anything. I was looking around to do duplicate key for my Lexus IS300. I bought shell blade key blank on eBay. I called few places some of them closed some didn’t make duplicates as a service. I found Get Pro Locksmith on Google map Apps they were only 2 min away from my place. The guy over the phone said come in we can duplicate it for u.The overall experience was great they was nice, friendly and professional expert. They offered me a coffee and water. They are multilingual. Waiting area was great with two soft chairs. An engineer person worked around 35-40 min under my old key and finally did great new duplicate key that fit my Lexus perfectly. At the end the price was surprised me. It was the best deal ever. I wish to leave tip for him but they don’t have that option.Highly recommend! More...

I got locked out of my car yesterday and had to be at work by 4. Long story short Sean is amazing he took the time to help me out. He gave me a spare key for my car (that i did not have) and also another spare for if i were to ever just get locked out and only need to get in the door to get to my keys that are inside the car. While i waited for the service i got offered coffee and delicious tofu cheese cake (was amazing) everyone is super nice here and makes you feel comfortable. best and most accomodating and thorough locksmith. Sean was wonderful- arrived on time, knew exactly what needed to be done to fix combo lock- had to take it apart completely and re-lubricate everything cuz the lock was not meant to be for exterior use-he got it working again, made extra keys for manual over-ride and thought it would work properly for quite awhile even though it would eventually rust out. And at that point, Sean will replace the lock with something meant for exterior use. Didn't try to sell me a new lock, went beyond to clean up the current lock to save me money. This is hands down the most cost effective and easy way to get a replacement for an original key. I called 9 shops in the valley to get quotes and these guys not only beat all the quotes by $60, but they also came to me and did the work in my garage, so I didnt have to tow my car. When they technician got her, he opened my car and helped me look for the key to try and save me money. I honestly couldn't believe how amazing and fast the service was. If you’re looking for decency this is your go to!! Everyone knows dealing with a locksmith company is always tricky, after talking to 2 companies telling me that the locksmith technician can only give me an estimate on site , they charge you just for the tech to come out $30! !! Before services and can charge me up to $200 . I found Get Pro Locksmith who gave me a fair price after I explained the service I needed, considering the hour It was 11:30 pm after a 2 hour walk with my baby and pup when I realized I forgot my keys at home. He arrived in less then 10 min’ with his son helping me with the baby’s stroller getting to my apartment door just to find out that I left my keys in the door immediately I offered to pay for him to come out at this hour but he Insisted not to take ANYTHING saying he is happy and relieved for me to find my keys.
