Gerry's food was delicious. He was double booked on the day I needed him so he dropped the food off the day before, he gave me all the serving trays and utensils plus in-person and written instructions for heating. He made us Italian and gluten-free meat balls at my request. Everyone loved it and my gluten-free friend was extremely happy to have something to eat, everyone said the food was delicious (and we happily ate the leftovers a couple days later). We hired Gerry for a last minute birthday and 4th of July celebration with ~25 guests. Gerry was extremely easy to communicate with from the beginning, happily made an adjustment to the menu to accommodate picky toddlers, and followed through on everything he said he would do. Gerry was exactly what my bachelor party needed. We spent a decent coin on a nice dinner the night before and needed to keep it reasonable for lunch the following day. Gerry cooked for 20 and the set up was perfect. Chicken n pork tacos with so the toppings needed. Corn and flour tortillas. And to top it off guacamole n chips. Gerry was prompt to answer my request despite being in the middle of vacation himself. He created a customized menu of Mexican food combined with Buffalo chicken wings at our request, which was all absolutely delicious. He was able to provide enough food for our 25 man bachelor party which was no easy feat but he left no man hungry with plenty of leftovers for breakfast. He was flexible in how we were able to pay him and made the drop off and pickup experience quite easy.

We used Chef Mora to cater for our wedding celebration of 50 people in our back yard. From the beginning of scheduling with him, going through the menu options, and finalizing event details, Chef Mora was very helpful and informative with what he could offer. Whenever we had questions during the time leading up to our event, he was very punctual about responding back to us with just the information we needed. During our ceremony when Chef Mora arrived, he was very friendly and professional while setting up the food stations for our party. The food was outstanding! All of our guests had nothing but words of praise for the meal we had for them. Needless to say we had very little leftovers by the end of the night. Had an event in Gilbert, even though I'm from California. Gerry went above and beyond my expectations to accommodate my needs, without actually meeting me. He was always quick to respond to my text, emails or calls. I ordered my food almost 4 or 5 months ahead of my event, but Gerry was always there.

The food was the topic of everyone's conversation. We ordered the Italian food, for 40 people and there was no leftovers. And that's on top of 4 people not showing up. The food was hot and delicious, setup was nice and quick.

Overall, next time I'm in town and have an event. Gerry will definitely be getting my business. More...

Gerry was so quick to get back to me within 24 hours of my request. He made communication super easy, allowing me to contact him by phone, text, or email. My request was short notice and he made it all happen with no issue. I ordered catering for my fiancé and his friends and they all said the food was amazing!
