I recently finished Mike’s 6 week transformation. Looking at my results from week one to week six I am left very satisfied with my achievements in such a short time. Worked with Mike on the 12 week program and truly saw the results I was looking for. Went into the program to maintain my body weight and build more upper body muscle and I did just that. Mike is absolutely amazing! When I first started with Mike I was able to shoulder press 20 pounds now i’m pushing 50 pounds with his recommended strength training not only did I drop weight fast but also gained muscle and strength 100% recommend mike to anyone if you looking to lose weight/ gain muscle get and feel healthier. My 12 week experience with Mike was amazing!! He was there for me 24/7 when i needed him and always was straight on with my weekly check ins. I’ve been working with Mike for a few months now and love his personal training! I’ve been doing an online program as well as training in person & both are great workouts! I found out about Mike through Instagram because he posts a ton of informational stuff about fitness so I was intrigued by that, & then learning that he is in school for physical therapy made me feel even more comfortable because I deal with knee pain issues. I always get a killer workout with him & he is able to adjust if needed for my knee pain. We do check-ins which keep me accountable & he helps a lot with nutrition which is something else I was looking for! He is very motivating & I love working out with him because it’s always a really good challenge. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great workout either in person or as an online program! Mike Gerardi is the best trainer that I have worked with. I started Mike’s 12 Week program at 217lbs and by the end of the program, I weighed in at 197lbs. Mike takes the time to get to know you, get to know what your goals are, and he makes a plan that will undoubtedly make your attain your goal. His constant support is amazing, and his willingness to do whatever he can for the client separated him from other trainers. Little skeptical having a PT for the first time in my 4-1/2 year journey, learning through trial and error, picking up things as I went along (292lbs -> 180lbs ->208lbs). Being a bigger guy for a large majority of my life gaining weight was harder mentally than physically. Then came this f’ing guy! Him and I chatted over the phone getting to know a little more about his program, went in depth over nutrition, and found a goal to reach. Then it was off to work for 6 weeks, over the course of the program he provided check ups and communication or questions I may have had. Stupid simple till the end, what you put in you get out. I had gained 10lbs (208-218), went from 10.7BF - 11.5%BF (which is expected when bulking), and added 6.6lbs of lean muscle mass! 🥳 For anyone looking to add lean mass, my guy will turn you into a monster!!! I’ve been working with Mike at Gerardi Performance for a few months now and I haven’t looked or felt this good about myself in a long time. I wanted to tone my body with a focus on my glutes and Mike helped me do just that. I’ve seen amazing results that I never thought was possible. Mike is a great man, who actually cares about his customers and knows the meaning of time and effort. He was with me the whole way and always communicating and I enjoyed It, the 6 weeks I did with his workout and meal plan was amazing and helped me a lot and I gained a lot of muscle and looked more cut. 6 weeks ago I was embarrassed while looking at myself in the mirror and after just 6 weeks I can proudly say I lost 21 pounds. Working closely with Mike has taught me how to make working out enjoyable again. With hard work and dedication, anything you set your mind to is possible. Mike is a phenomenal trainer, but an even better person. This man is legit people!! He works tirelessly to ensure that he is doing everything in his power to help ! Mike has not only helped me gain muscle and lose fat, but he’s also taught me how to develop healthy eating habits that are repeatable. My biggest problem before using Mike’s plan was consistently eating healthy. I would eat a lot of crap one day, then eat a tiny bit the next day, and try to sustain that. His diet plans ensure that you are eating enough, while not over indulging. Also his workout plans are second to none! Would highly suggest anyone looking for a trainer to reach out to Mike.
