Called Genn-USA to do my rain gutters. With all this pollen kicking around the gutters were full. Talked with Anthoney (yes, with an “e”) who was great at squeezing me in short notice. Bottom line...great job and at a more than reasonable priceI. He obviously took pride in what he was doing, and guaranteed satisfaction. My windows were in terrible condition since Harvey last year. I finally decided it was time to clean them. Some still had caked on mud from when my home was part of buffalo bayou. Anthony from Genn-USA did an excellent job of making them look like new. He didn't use any aggressive tools which might have damaged my new paintwork. I thoroughly recommend Genn-USA. Had Anthoney out to the house to clean out some extremely packed gutters. He saved me from having to climb up on an extension ladder or even worse walk on my roof. They were free of debris in no time. The job went so well that I had him out a week later to power wash my front porch, walks, and driveway. Everything cleaned up nicely. The difference between amateurs and pros are that when pros have a hiccup, they know how to quickly recover.
