The love of guiding people to their own freedom has been the highlight of my existence. When I have had impromptu coaching sessions with friends, family and strangers who have dealt with infidelity, deep depression and suicidal ideation I have felt such cleansing personally as I have shared my struggles to empower others.

With these experiences, I have been told how powerfully I speak and how I have shifted individuals points of view to a place of wholeness. This has inspired me to dive into the world of public speaking, which has led me to the world of life coaching. My deep desire is to reach as many people as possible to help them realize their full potential despite their fears or "limitations".

I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience that instills confidence in potential clients. It is through this experience that allow me to connect deeply with individuals on their own journey. I foster empathy and a unique perspective that enhances my ability to guide clients to emotional wellness effectively.

I am dedicated to tailoring my approach to meet each client's specific needs, ensuring that the guidance and support I provide are personalized and impactful. By working with me, clients can expect a results-oriented approach, where their emotional well-being is the primary focus. Trust and confidentiality are paramount in our coaching relationship, and I will provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their emotions openly.

Furthermore, I am committed to continuous growth and learning, staying up to date with the latest research and practices in emotional health coaching. By choosing me as their life coach, clients can embark on a blissful journey towards emotional intelligence/wellness, guided by a professional who is dedicated to their growth and alignment with their genius within.

I am in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago, and I am willing to travel within 50 miles to have in person session, but anything beyond that I would prefer to do remotely. Though I am flexible on this arrangement, I do need to have advance notice (about 2 weeks) so I can prepare adequately.

Since there are no current threats of significant outbreaks, any changes made would be at the customers request.
