Fred quickly gave me a honest price and timeline. Although he was very busy, he managed to squeeze us in and get the work done during the Holiday season. I appreciate his professionalism, honesty and his teams ability to get the job done in time. He was super fast in his responses, which is deeply appreciated, especially after dealing with other contractors who I had to chase for answers. His team worked quickly without compromising quality. I wanted to replace the windows and doors in our house so I hired US Accurate Construction Company. They were so skilled and talented. They designed stacked molding at the head of the doors and windows and helped select all the materials for the job, Fred would bring all the samples or items I would need to see to make a selection to my house saving me from having to drive all over town.. Fred was passionate about wood frame designing and really a true professional. The end result was awesome. He also suggested the pros of using a wooden frame like it is the renewable building material, provides better insulation, easy to use etc. I have a very delightful experience in working with him. The only concern that I want to drop one star is the timeline. They passed dead line for a week which is quite fair, but I’ll give them 4 stars rating. More...

Fred suggested me a bunch of different ideas about bathroom designs and decorating concepts related to color, storage and layouts. He has installed a hidden tank toilet, bathtub and a window in the shower so that I can get proper ventilation and didn’t feel suffocated. Everything was so smooth from start to finish. We love our new kitchen!!! Last year we hired US Accurate Home Improvement to remodel our kitchen and replace the flooring in the downstairs of our home. Needless to say, Fred and his team did an absolutely amazing job! The transformation was incredible, we get so many complements! Months later, we are still so happy with our new kitchen! As it is one of the most used spaces in our house so we are looking for some kitchen renovation experts who can provide us with the best services. Cost doesn’t matter to us what we are solely focusing on the quality of the materials and professionalism. After searching a lot, I must say all of our demands were fulfilled by this company. I had a conversation with Fred and I told him clearly what we were expecting. They are great at listening to all of my needs and started their work at the scheduled time. We recently called Fred at  US Accurate Constrution to come over and give us an estimate regarding our kitchen remodeling and removing two load bearing walls. He scheduled quickly and showed up on time. We used his consulting Services two times to get his ideas regarding load bearing walls. He has a good knowledge about the structural projects and his experience really help us to make the final decision about our renovation project. Although we sadly did not have an opportunity to have Fred remodel our new kitchen (our personal reasons) but I would highly recommend Fred and his company in a heart beat. From a minute I talked to Fred, you can tell he's a very nice guy. He was very enthusiastic and willing to meet. He arrived on time and have the most courteous and gentle manner. He understood our needs quickly and offered very useful suggestions and expertise. His rough estimate was very realistic. He was very thorough and easy to talk to. He'll tell you what he think can and cannot be done. The whole meeting was very pleasant and he spent time explaining everything in detail. Again, I wish we had a chance to work with him.
