How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I use proven strength training methods to improve fitness, gain muscle, and build strength.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency over everything. It's easy to follow a plan for a week, but staying disciplined over the course of months is what creates real change.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the range of people I get to meet and work with. I have helped 13-year-olds prepare for soccer season and given 80-year-olds the confidence to walk upstairs and on beaches.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided to start my own business because I had been training in a commercial gym for two years and I wanted the freedom that comes with working for yourself. Now I get to decide who I want to work with, make my own schedule, and of course, have access to a much nicer facility.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because I have helped people like them before. Come to me with any issues and I will be completely honest about whether I'll be able to help you. Although I am constantly pursuing further education, I will never take on a client that is outside my range of knowledge.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I provide In-Person and Online Training. I generally recommend In-Person for those with little to no workout experience or people who have highly specific needs and require a closer eye in the gym. If you are familiar with and confident in the gym then Online Training may be a good choice for you. I am also qualified to provide nutrition coaching. I generally do that entirely Online, as it is easier for me to track your progress that way.
In-Person Training
1-1 Training Sessions with me. I am very flexible with sessions 1-3 times per week and session lengths from 30-60 minutes.
I will work to educate you on great form, why I use certain exercises, and the methods behind all of my madness!
Online Training
This is a great option if you have prior experience in the gym and are looking for a detailed plan to follow. With my Online Training Service, you will receive a custom training plan every week, video form review, a Client Success Guide, and a Gebel Strength Co. t-shirt!
Online Nutrition Coaching
Whether you decide on In-Person or Online Training, good nutrition habits are essential to ensuring that you reach your goals, perform well in the gym, and recover from the hard work you'll be doing as well!
