This is only for our driver, Ricardo, who is the single greatest asset this company could possibly have. He is on top of everything all the time, always nice, has great organizational skills and a genuine desire to make sure everything is perfect all the time. We were blown away by the quality of the service and linens provided by GBS for our daughter's very special first birthday, at my MIL's house in RSM.  Even though his was probably a small event (~60 people) compared to what they usually do, they really came through for us as if we were a huge important account.  Everything was perfect about our linens, from start to return- not a single issue.  Just by me sending them an email photo of the party's theme (children's book "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom") and a list of table sizes a bit before the party, GBS was able to match the colors perfectly and provide us with 6 beautiful bright fuschia and orange table cloths and 60 napkins of the same colors.  There was not a blemish on one of the pieces; all looked brand new, and were thick and luxurious.  See the pics, including the one of the book as a table centerpiece! We are still getting complements on this party's layout about 2 weeks later.  It was totally affordable when compared with any of the local competition.  And it really is a 'mom-and-pop' shop where service is clearly an issue of pride... based on my interactions with them,  I can't imagine them letting a customer of any size down.  We were originally on the fence about getting professional linens for a smaller scale event like this, and thinking to maybe just go with plastic table covers.  We are so glad we went with GBS instead... really brightened up the whole party! We use GBS on a weekly basis and are always happy with the quality and delivery!  Our driver is awesome and shows up at the same time every Tuesday.  GBS has been patient and worked with us when we have forgotten to order linens, or accidentally ordered the wrong ones.  Janet is our sales rep and she has made a point to make a trip out here and sit down with all of our Catering Sales Directors to go over new linen options and pricing, and even brought us some goodies!  She is so sweet and helpful, we really appreciate our relationship with this company and Janet!
