Service was subpar. Food was semi-decently priced. A bit expensive for this area considering it’s priced similarly to big city prices. Service gauchos came around with meats in a semi-slow pace. It took over 45 mins to get a refill on tea/drinks. Menu advertised 16 meats for dinner but only about 8 meats ever came out. If you want a full gaucho experience, skip this place. It’s not worth it. Ridiculously short staffed. Management needs to take note and not seat twice as many people as they can properly serve. It took so long to get any service that we had to get up to find someone so we could pay and leave. More...

For what you get and the service and atmosphere, 44.00 a person is very reasonable..every 2 mins. someone comes by the table and offers you many varieties of meat choices,plus soup and salad. .the staff was very friendly and helpful..I highly recommend this place..me and my family will be back the next time we come to pigeon forge.. Some of the best dining and service I've ever experienced. In addition to amazing food, the service can't be beat. When dining here I informed the waitress I had to be gluten and dairy free for health reasons. She went out of her way to help me navigate my choices on the food bar, then, when bringing the fried polenta to the table she left off the cheese they usually sprinkle on it so it would stay dariy and gluten free. I know it seems small and insignificant, but if you have serious food allergies or intolerances, you understand how thoughtful it was. Super awesome! Endless meat selections, delicious drinks. You definitely should go hungry because you’ll leave more than full. All the meat was so flavorful and fresh. The service is excellent. They are very attentive. 17 meats and you get all of them unlimited. When stopped the manager came over to see if there was anything we missed that we wanted. We told him the filet mignon was the only thing we missed that we really wanted. He went in the back and within two minutes they came out with it. If you go home hungry it’s your own fault! More...
