I had ordered flowers online for Mother's Day through another vendor and my order was cancelled. I was scrambling at the last minute to find flowers to get delivered to my mom in time. Westlake Village Garden Florist went out of their way this past week in providing stunning orchid centerpieces for a high school prom with a measly four days notice! (I coordinate every year, and Chantal was so gracious and saved the day by providing our centerpieces at the last minute). We were thrilled with how gorgeous the centerpieces were, and Chantal took my available budget and made it work including delivery. I never worried about a thing, and when I showed up at the venue the night of, the centerpieces had been delivered as promised and were seriously perfect. I can't believe I forgot to review these guys when they did our wedding in 2016. If I recall correctly, we were their first same sex wedding (or at least for 2 guys). Chantal is an incredible artist through and through. Her creations are like none I've ever seen. We had a small wedding, and had a very tight budget. They never made us feel like we were less important because they weren't making a heap from us, especially during the peak summer season, and they graciously accommodated our unique requests. Chantal did my flowers for my wedding and was amazing!!! She was easy to work with and get in touch with. When we were discussing ideas she was honest and knowledgeable. When I walked into her shop to see my center piece sample I was OVER THE MOON! I couldn't believe how amazing they looked. We went with an all white flower with silver greens. Great florist. Chantel was very kind and patient. She had to re-deliver since the recipient was not home. We later discovered the recipient was out of town. Called to order flowers for a dear friend today. However the arrangement that I wanted to order was unavailable so the Grand All White Mix was recommended. Chantal was amazing to work with for our wedding! During the initial phone discussion, she had great ideas once I described the look we were going for. When we met in person to see the wedding centerpiece idea, she got it right on the nose. It was beautiful succulents along with blush roses and other decorative greens. Chantal is a floral goddess!  She has a tremendous gift and I'm just so grateful that she was able to make our wedding so glorious!  Right when we were ending our first meeting, Chantal could sense that what we had discussed for the reception wasn't really reflective of our aesthetic or the location.  She sat us back down and probed, then got super excited when we started heading away from the previously discussed neutral elegant palette and toward a more funky and colorful combination.  Her enthusiasm was so contagious and I felt I could trust her completely.  This woman is extraordinary!  Our neutral bouquets were gorgeous and sophisticated with a touch of whimsy, they photographed beautifully.  But what really blew me away were the arrangements she made for the reception.  Chantal paired vibrant colors and textures in a way I had never seen before.  Our Indonesian-fusion restaurant was completely spectacular, which is due entirely to Chantal who evidently spent over four hours transforming the entire space with her husband.  Our friends and families were completely blown away the minute they walked in, it was beyond anything I had ever imagined!Throughout this entire process, Chantal was a delight.  She will work with any budget; she's fabulously intuitive and has the most incredible eye.  Chantal's flowers made our pseudo-elopement feel like an actual wedding.  I can't thank her enough for sharing her talents with us! It's no wonder Garden Florists has 5 stars! They have amazing customer service. I ordered flowers for a friend to support her at her father's funeral. I stopped by the Westlake Village office of the flower shop.  It is a little bit hard to find, but it is well worth it once you get there.  I wanted a standing floral spray for a funeral.  Chantal assisted me and guided me with great suggestions.  I really appreciated her knowledge and help.  The funeral was today, and the floral display that Chantal provided was spectacular.  I will be forever grateful for the wonderful service provided by this shop on this important occaision. When I ordered flowers from Garden Florist two weeks ago, they completely shattered all expectations.  I shopped around and compared prices ahead of time.  The arrangements offered by Garden Florist were more beautiful and somehow less expensive than neighboring florists.  I ordered the flowers for same day delivery.  When I called with a last minute change to the delivery address, I was told that they flowers were out for delivery but that they would take care of it.  They immediately got in contact with the delivery driver and delivered the flowers to the alternate address.  They were unbelievably gracious and accommodating. Also, despite ordering the flowers nearly two full weeks ago, the flowers somehow still look stunning.   I will certainly order flowers from Garden Florist again in the future! More...

It's my mom's 50th birthday today and I can't be there with her!  Thankfully, though, we have florists like Westlake Village Garden Florist who can help a girl out and remind my mom that I'm always thinking of her. I had tried another florist in the area for Mother's Day, and although I liked them I found them a little expensive for what they offered ... and when I priced out 500 dollars worth of flowers, it did not blow me away.  (Ended up spending that money on another gift).Enter Westlake Village Garden Florist.  I went onto their website, picked out an arrangement, put in a little extra money ... and voila!  I have this beautiful arrangement for under 200 dollars (delivery included).  Very very happy with it, and so is my mom.  Will use again in the future.From my mom: She absolutely loves the unique colors of the flowers (green orchids!) and loved the peonies and beautiful "orange, sherberty roses".  Honestly, she seems floored with these flowers.  I got bang for my buck! I cannot say enough good things about Chantal at Garden Florist! They did our floral arrangements at our wedding earlier this month at Calamigos Ranch. From our centerpieces to our bouquets, Chantal did an AMAZING job with everything!!! Throughout a year of wedding planning, Chantal was always so helpful and so extremely responsive to accommodate our needs and gave us exactly what we were looking for in flowers.
