I can’t praise this salon enough! They have always put the customer experience first .They where willing to help me when I was in a panic. I had a photo shoot scheduled and the hair and makeup lady was MIA . They provide a fun , relaxed environment, from scheduling over the phone, until you are in the salon chair and walking out the door ! The receptionist who helped me schedule was knowledgeable on pricing and capabilities. Katrina and Brittany where creative and upbeat when doing my “ goth look “ makeup . They where not deterred that it was a different look than a lot of the clients request for makeup . The salon carries Aveda , which is more natural . It's difficult to find a stylist who can work with my hair. I have A LOT of fine, pin straight baby hairs, so it's deceptive. Thick but not course. If its not carefully styled, it looks choppy. Nobody wants Jaír that looks like stairs. Not cute.I've been in to see Jenelle twice now. She's done a fantastic job. Go get your hair done by Bianca! Cuts done by associates are only $40 before tip. The salon itself is amazing with lots of high-quality products. There's a referral program, and goodie bag at your first visit with a coupon for discounts and deals. You get a shoulder massage before your wash and if you get a deep conditioning, a hot towel. Go see Michelle Jameson!Michelle is new talent at Garbo, but she's extremely skilled. An expert with color, she also does great cuts. I followed her from the Aveda school and she always makes my hair look great. Plus, she's a wonderful, down-to-earth human being. Great to talk to if you like that sort of thing, but also if you're like me and don't love to chat, she's comfortable with the silence.Garbo is an Aveda salon, which is very important to me. I love their products and approach. Plus, Garbo has a solid training and recruitment program, which means all their stylists are awesome. I got a facial & a microdermabrasion. My skin felt smooth and hydrated. My skin care specialist was very detailed with the facial as well as the facial and neck massage . The staff greeted me, they were friendly. The Operations Director Jonathan, followed with me on my experience. Have nothing but great experience.
