I went for the coupon that had $500 worth of service for a $100, thought I got a quote for two cables to be replaced, and it was just one unfortunately. Tech came, didn't know which company he was representing, had a no name shirt on, did the work in 5 minutes. Came in and  asked for payment, and I was trying to figure out how to cash the coupon and how it worked and he just got all frustrated and blew me off and left. Manager called back and smooth things out. Gave me a heck of a deal and I will definitely use them again. Garage works fantastic now. More...
