What a wonderful group of people!Everyone I've dealt with had the utmost care for my requests and have always been polite. Sometimes it seems that even my basic concerns turn into a top priority. :-)Please don't get me wrong, things happen, you celebrate the good and roll with the rest but I have always felt appreciated by the Gallery Property Management team. They have never let me down.I really just wanted to give a positive shoutout as it seems they may be poorly represented by some, my experiences are always well received.Give them the benefit,,, because it is always a pleasure to deal with great people. I have been working with Gallery Property Management for over a year now. Â I did take a gamble with I selected them to help lease out my mother's home in Mission Viejo, as I didn't know anything about them. Â But I have been ever so impressed! I was called back right away to discuss their company and what they offer. I met with Donna Hinshaw and liked her instantly! Â She was honest and sincere... she got to work right away to get my home on the market. She held my hand the entire way and returned all my text or calls right away! We have a fantastic tenant and things are still running smoothly. I can't say enough about this Property Management company. Gallery Property Management was recommended to me by a friend to handle my rental property, and I have been very pleased with the service from Donna Hinshaw and her associates. Donna helped me with getting my property ready to rent, providing me with lists of painters, carpet cleaners, and other contractors. She also gave me several recommendations for landscapers to take care of my property while it was rented. Donna was also patient with me in going over possible tenants, and helped with my decision who to rent to. During the rental of my property, Gallery Property Management has been very good about answering any questions I had, and handling any requests from the tenant on my behalf. I have worked with Gallery Property Management for the last 5 years. The owner, Donna Hinshaw, is great. They have been an excellent company to work with. I’ve leased two properties they have helped me find and move into. They were very prompt with tenant issues and returned my security deposits very quickly after my move outs. I've been a very happy customer of Donna's for over 10 years. She has always been there for me when I needed her. She has helped with getting repairs done after the Tenant left a mess. She has negotiated with me and the Tenants to get the best value for both. I have and still do refer her to my friends, Family and customers. If you're a Property owner you will love her. If you are a tenant you will love her. If you are a tenant that leaves a mess but doesn't want to pay for your mess you may want to rent a beat up place from another Prop Manager. Having dealt with now 3 different property management companies in OC, I can honestly say that this company provides exceptional service to its tenants. Even when I ran into more than one disgruntled situations due to two vendors doing work for the HOA. Donna and her staff went out of their way to address my issues by that day and we had resolved the issues by the next day. Another occasion my oven stopped working and after explains the problem she talked to repairmen and the owner and sent a new - refurbished one over without the hassle of multiple repairmen or waiting to order parts. Although they can be strictly bound by the homeowners wishes for repairs and rents, I always felt heard by this company and was addressed professionally without any excuses or attitude. I am still awaiting my security deposit because the homeowner had a situation where he needed to move back in, but Donna was honest and incredibly helpful upon our move I and move out inspection. It should not be an issue of being heard as a tenant or ran around the issue because there is a problem and no one ever wants to pay to fix these problems, yet apparently it is. Professionalism and curtesy should not be an above average trait for a company especially managing your ENTIRE living situation, however apparently it is. I am so thankful to have worked with such an exceptional proficient management company that actually takes time and will listen to their tenants and actually address their issues. I worked down the street and often dropped off rent on the way to or from my lunch once a month for two years and they were always there and always very nice.I am so sad that I had to leave this group and am now stuck with a piss poor property management company.Thank you so much Donna and Gallery.TPS- an update 6/10/16 for the first time ever (which my BF is a painting contractor and we always touch up or repaint and have pros clean) we got our ENTIRE deposit back!
