Went there for years. Always clean, odor free with the newest equipment. Recent neck surgery is the only reason I am no longer a member.

This place is amazing.... every member of their staff is wonderful, personable, friendly and outgoing. The main center ( location I go to) has great equipment, pool, super clean, kids center for parents and all kinds of group fitness classes, trainers. ... the list just keeps going.... love GHF! Love everything about the main location on Newberry rd except security. With all the renovations going on I think some money should be put into more lights in the parking lot. I think I was almost a victim this morning but luckily I’m aware of my surroundings so I was able to spot a person who was acting very shady almost as if they were waiting for me to get out of my vehicle. They were sitting half in and half out of car but no lights were on inside car. As soon as I opened my car door they stood up and it looked as if they were in all black. Literally from head to toe. Luckily a car was pulling in at that moment so I made sure to walk right in front so lights were on me. More...

Great trainers that push you hard! I saw results quickly and everyone really motivates you. Small groups or private options are available. I’m truly enjoying the gym and all of it’s amenities. My 5 year old is trying to replace school with the Kids Club. She thinks she has to go every day, which is good because it motivates me to be consistent with working out!!!!

Best health and fitness center in North America. Joe and his staff are incredible and care about what his customers say. I have been to many and this is by far the best of the best. The pool area, cold pool, sauna, steam room area, are all being redone and will be done very, very soon. Can’t wait. GHFC is a open space full of smiles from the entrance until I have to get out! Love my instructors, each of them is unique and so professional.
