We contracted Gail’s Catering for my daughter’s Bat-Mitzvah party. The food was great. Authentic Israeli and Moroccan cuisine (Moroccan fish and salads) with a touch of Texas (we had Brisket). We liked the presentation and decoration of the buffet and tables. Gail also helped us setting up the center pieces. Beyond the freshness and great taste of the food, there was so much abundance that we took home quite a bit after the party.
